“It’s a friendly place but I was surprised that they do not have trays for Ice Cream cones? They kept on wanting to put the cone upside down in a cup??? Something has been lost at Dairy Queen. When I was a kid (in the 70’s) , I was tasked with hopping in the car, driving to to DQ and bringing back cones for everyone. They always had TRAYS for the cones. I can’t believe an Ice Cream cone place does not have trays!! When I got in the car today and had to modify a drink tray or my grandson would have been sad…“

“I’m a regular customer here for so many years and I always love to see all the hardworking people here who make my favorite very berry smoothie yummy all the time, it’s always an experience to come and get my drink, many faces changed over the last few years but I never came across like the worker to whom I met on 4th of August during evening hours , such an amazing personality and the behavior of the guy was so heartwarming, I think he was working with a new staff as she was having trouble with something’s but this guy saved the day, I know this guy used to work full time before but now I see him less in the store, if store owner is reading this comment pls give this boy a raise.“

“This location was opened in 2018 and has been a huge hit in the community. The only downside is that their parking area is a little small. Many just go through the drive through for ice cream treats but even that lineup spills out onto the street. If you do plan on going into the store, be aware that if you plan on parking here, the spaces are very limited and a little challenging to get into. There is some seating inside and outside but it is limited so don't except a sit-down table to enjoy your treats. This location also carries more than just ice cream! They also also sell Kawartha Dairy milk, cheese curds, butter, and even ice cream cakes. If your here for the ice cream, each Kawartha Dairy ice cream flavor is a very rich and creamy treat, well worth the money. They have a wide selection of flavours. If you like chocolate, I highly recommend their Death by Chocolate flavour. But, their Butterscotch Ripple is also the best you'll find! They typically have 25-30 ice cream flavors available.

“✨ I just wanted to leave a huge THANK YOU to the amazing young man working at Baskin Robbins. He was incredibly kind, professional, and thoughtful — took his time going over every little detail of my son’s birthday cake with me. He asked questions, checked things with me carefully, and made sure everything was perfect.

What really touched me was his dedication: although the store opens at 11:00 AM, he came in at 6:00 in the morning to prepare the cake, so I could pick it up by 9:30 AM. That’s beyond customer service — that’s true care and responsibility!

“We hired My Sweetie Pie to be the dessert at our wedding in place of a wedding cake. They were absolutely incredible! it was such a lovely alternative for our wedding (we're not huge cake people). Everybody loved the pies! With our order, we also got small to-go containers so our guests could take the leftovers and it was a huge hit! An employee contacted me next day to confirm the order and make sure they understood what I was looking for. Cake was ready on time for pickup and it was absolutely perfect - and probably the best made ice cream cake we have ever had. I even took a peak at the other cakes they had available in their freezer and they were amazing! Not just generic designs. On top of the quality, the customer service was super friendly and accommodating. This isn’t the closest location to me being 20mins away, but I would definitely consider going out of my way to purchase a cake from here again.“

“Their dish has the strong flavors that I like. The chef’s stir frying skill pretty good too. Spicy dishes taste spicy and veggie dishes are lightly flavored.

It’s very easy to park in this mall so it’s easy to buy food here. The tricky part is that this restaurant is in the completely opposite direction of the food court. They have indoor dining seats but I usually do take out.“

Parking: This location is in a plaza sometime quite busy but plenty of parking never unable to get a spot and get my treat

Kid-friendliness: Helpful to all ages even if the a child and patient, ice cream equal kids

“Was driving back from a cottage weekend and wanted to hit up a coffee shop with a bit of character. This place was great! Converted Ontario house into a coffee shop, nice patio and had some solid coffee. The owner was there who was very kind. Will stop again next time I pass by this area“
