Restaurants near Ballantrae

“Stopped by the Ballantrae Tim Hortons and had a great experience. The place was super clean, well organized, and not too busy, which made it very comfortable to sit and enjoy. They had all the food items fully stocked on the menu, which is not always the case at many locations. The staff were very pleasant, courteous, and provided great service throughout. Definitely one of the better Tim Hortons locations in the area.”

“Some of the best pork I've tasted. The soup was delicious and ordering was very easy! Amazing place if your waiting of imagine theater movie time, or are just finished a movie! Definitely will be coming again!”

“This is best a la carte Sushi restaurant in Newmarket.”

“We came on Wednesday around 1 pm. It was not too busy and surprisingly in most restaurants the less customers the worse the service gets so we were really delighted when we had food and service which was 10 out of 10. Our server was Zoran and he gave us maximum level attention and care. Our food, I ordered wings and fries and my friend ordered chicken sandwich and fries, was hot and delicious. Our desserts were delightful. Thank you very much, Zoran for your excellent service and thanks to the chefs for the great Swiss Chalet food. It was a perfect dining experience and we are both so grateful.”

“Friendly and professional service. The cookies for our baby shower were just adorable, and delicious. The gluten-free cupcakes were equally yummy! (Chocolate with salted caramel).”

“Great Food!!! They also took the time to help our kids learn chop sticks for the first time. Amazing Service!!”

“Hey friends go eat at the The Little Griddle across from In Harmony Dance so good!! All homemade food, custom orders, super nice, great prices!! It's my new favorite family owned restaurant!! Here's what my friend and I had today!! ( gluten free, vegetarian options) Owners Alanna and Tyler are very caring people and go above and beyond. Food allergies and special diets they always make everything safe for me. The food is amazing and the staff are fabulous.”

“A simple take out spot but the owner knows what he’s doing and concentrates on what he’s great at, which is making the Best pizza I’ve had in Newmarket since I’ve lived here. That is saying a LOT. I hope he doesn’t raise his prices because it’s not a cheap pizzeria but the motto is “you get what you pay for.”
It’s also not unreasonably priced.
We had the Di Fara. Simple and Heavenly. Crust perfect. Mixture of cheese - divine. Bellisimo !”

“The name is Cambodian Noodle King but when I entered the restaurant I saw two white guys working(no offense). I thought, oh crap this aint no Cambodians. After the noodles came, my perspectives changed right away. The noodle soup is a bit sweet, very savoury, very nutty and very fragrant. LOTS of veggies(Chinese broccoli) they put in there. Noodle Texture is not as dense and slurpy , but the flavour makes up for it. 100% will come back for more.”

“Their Signature Roast is my favourite at home and the Americano I had in store was the best I’ve ever tasted. They’re friendly and local. Hard to beat!”

“Great Place for go-to lunch / dinner. amazing customer service with always fresh food. strongly recommend”

“Amazing dinner with friends at Cousins last night. Vernon (not sure on spelling) was so wonderful!! Brought us 2 free desserts too!! The service was beyond great and all 4 of us had delicious large portion meals!! We will be back 100%!!!”

“I tried the goat biryani but was disappointed. The flavor was nice but the meat was quite tough, way tougher than expected. Everything else was great. Very friendly staff, prompt service, inviting atmosphere. I will visit again. wasn't given any other option other than 5 stars. I'd rate it 3.5”

“great pizza! best around by far!”

“"Had a great experience at this location. The ingredients were completely fresh, the restaurant was incredibly clean, and my sub was made exactly how I wanted it. Perfect spot for a quick, healthy, and reliable lunch!"”

“Fast pizza with delicious crust. And a really nice staff member named Kashmir. I have lunch for 3 days this week - the pizza I chose is the Danforth (Greek). You gotta eat here!”

“East Side Mario's never disappoints! I recently had the pleasure of installing a flag for them through my I Love Stouffville initiative, and it’s easy to see why they are such a popular spot. The food is always delicious, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. The staff go above and beyond to ensure you have a great dining experience. Whether you’re there for a family meal or a night out with friends, East Side Mario’s is a fantastic choice!”

“If you’re a lover of craft beers and a friendly laid back pub, this place is for you. Enjoy.”

“Newmarket location - Don't want to cook? Do yourself a favour and try this place. We ate there yesterday, and I was pleasantly surprised. Huge portions, one Swarma feeds two or one will be really full :) I may sneak out and have dinner there one night, just me and eat a whole Swarma to myself. Lots of ingredients, care taken to make the food, and lots of in-house-made ingredients. Bread is awesome. Not your normal pita bread, this stuff is fire. The staff were pleasant and smiling. So nice to see people serving you that don't look like they are being held hostage. Support these local places, you won't be disappointed.”

“Always Great service.”
