“1-Follow up on reservations for my party by the restaurant hours ahead-and seating location was as requested.Notified we had two for service that day -Catt /Makayla .2-Informed both-we were catching up our once a month chit/chat and they informed us of the menus - etc —choices were made on our part with both of them checking on our various selections and keeping things flowing all the time.-questions of changing salad dressings with our selections-just one of the changes after that a few more but never gave the suggestion to us that it was any problem.-Several times we were asked how are things going-was there any thing we did not have or do we wish to change anything that was just not what we thought we were Ordering from the menus. We said no and they said enjoy your time .We did and again we left knowing that is a place in Barrie you might wanted to add to seek and find list of where to eat in Barrie,Ontario soon.“

“I recently went to Kelseys on Bayfield Street and had the Beef Tenderloin & Creamy Blue Cheese Pasta and it was delicious! I can't wait to get back and have it again. I hope it becomes a permanent item on the menu and not just a limited time entree.“

She was just amazing and so friendly it even stuck out to my children. It was my daughter’s 11th birthday and she wanted to go to Milestones for dinner and Crystal made her night that much more enjoyable! Highly recommend this location for great service.“

“Usually one of our go-to spots for dinner, and our visit the other night reminded me why.
We were heading to a movie afterward, so we were in a bit of a rush. As always, the service was quick, friendly, and there was no wait to be seated.
I ordered the ribs, but unfortunately they came out burnt—and it looked like extra sauce had been added to cover it up. I mentioned it to our server, who immediately took the dish back and offered to have a new one made. Because we were short on time, I couldn’t wait for a replacement, which was more on me than on them.
She brought the manager over, and not only did the manager completely agree that the ribs were overcooked, but she removed the entire entrée from the bill without hesitation. That level of accountability and customer care goes a long way.
Because of that action alone, I’ll definitely be back.“

Olivia helped us out and she was fantastic—super organized, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without us even asking. Really solid customer service.
