Everything was good!
Khyleh was an absolute gem. I hope he gets a raise, promotion, and ownership of this mcdonalds he was that amazing. My husband was jealous of his absolute ferocity towards my meal. But Kylehh was steadfast in his love of the game. Very sterile and cold. Typical macdonalds and unmanned counter. Sounds like a hospital inside. Food is what you expect from macdonalds and the staff was great. But the inside had all the atmosphere of a Styrofoam cup.

This McDonald's location offers a basic fast-food experience with some positive and negative aspects. Customers can order at the kiosk or through the drive-thru, but the service can be inconsistent. Some reviews mention that ordering through the speaker can be difficult, and sometimes items like ketchup are missing from the bag. The drive-thru experience is sometimes hindered by long wait times or staff who seem bothered, and there are occasional issues with order accuracy, such as delays in getting coffee or incorrect items. The atmosphere of the restaurant has been compared to a minimal security prison due to the redesign, which some feel is unwelcoming. Despite these concerns, certain staff members are praised for their kindness and helpfulness, especially when handling special situations or customer rudeness. One reviewer shared a positive experience with staff handling a meltdown of a special needs family member with care and patience. Overall, the restaurant has a mix of friendly staff and frustrating service issues, with some customers feeling the need for improvement in efficiency and atmosphere.
