“I have been hesitant to return to this location as the past few times I have gone I was very unhappy with the quality of the sandwich I received. Poorly made and very stingy on the toppings. I am so happy I have it another chance and went tonight! I didn’t catch the name of the young man who made my sandwich but he did a phenomenal job, an appropriate amount of toppings and very well made. It was delicious!!“

“Ordered a 2 hotdog combo so my wife and I could share. I ordered the bacon cheese dog for the extra taste. Rather than give us 3 dogs, the guy upsized 1 of the combo dogs. That’s customer care.Thanks“

“I’d love to give a huge shout-out to Mike at DQ Grimsby! He provided truly outstanding service. My daughter and I came in for smoothies and had a special request, and Mike went above and beyond to make it happen. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and patient, and his positive attitude and warm smile made the experience even better. It’s rare to receive service this thoughtful and genuine. Kudos to Mike for making our visit so memorable!“

“We tried this location for the 1st time. Wow excellent service over the phone and he even was the delivery man. Maulik was the Pizza Hut employee that took care of us. Order was exact and delivery was within 1 minute of estimated time. Our pizzas arrived super hot. Honestly if it wasn’t for the fact pizza isn’t good for my diet, I’d order every night :)“
