“We came in as a group for wine tastings. Tim was our Server.. Very knowledgeable of the wines and helpful. Made us feel welcome. Unfortunately one of our party had to stand at the table as.a female staff member refused to get out of the chair she was using even though he asked for the chair for us. We almost left instead but decided to give it a chance because of Tim. We left with several bottles of wine and enjoyed our time. Tim deserves a raise“

Service and staff was friendly, cheese plate was awesome and experience was magical. “My wife and I stopped for a wine & charcuterie board lunch at Niagara Custom Crush Studio and had a great visit. The charcuterie board was excellent, we both enjoyed our wines (she chose a Stoney Ridge Chardonnay, while I had the Unscripted Cabernet Merlot) and the setting in their gardens was beautiful.

Because it's a virtual winery with multiple winemakers selling out of their retail store, it has a large & diverse selection of wines.

All the staff were very professional, and I have to note that I had a unique shipping request for the wines I purchased and they accommodated that request without any pushback.

“Dec 23, 2024, two of us went in for breakfast at 1:00. The food was great, reasonably priced, clean.
The only issue was the short staffing.
They only had one girl on the floor waitressing, hard to believe for a place that size, especially around Christmas time. I credit the server for doing as well as she did under the circumstance, it's not easy.
On one occasions we had to ask the kitchen dish washer to serve us water and never seen a second coffee.
I'd still go back 🥰“
