“Aug 20. Took my sons on a guys only fishing trip on Lake Ontario and had dinner and drinks at this very good tavern. The food was delicious, but the best part was Katie and Bryn were outstanding at seeing to our needs. We enjoyed the service and social engagement. The three of us will definitely return during our next visit to the area“

“Great place to sit on the patio with a snack and a glass of wine on a beautiful day. The bourbon chardonnay at room temperature is a nice change of taste. My favorite is the unoaked chardonnay. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable of their products. Ill definitely be back on another visit!“

“My husband and I visited Niagara on the Lake for the first time yesterday. We stopped into Fritters on the Lake and were absolutely so impressed. Not only was the lunch recommendation on point; the fritters were absolutely amazing. However, the best thing ever was the service! Zoran was the kindest person ever and when I spoke to my family by phone later in the day-he was the first one I told them about. I’m not sure when I’ll make it back but Fritters on the Lake will be my first stop and everyone that is headed that way will have my highest recommendation. “What a fabulous pub, the food and drinks were great but the staff are outstanding. We went for dinner/drinks 2 nights in a row when we were in Niagara on the lake celebrating our anniversary. The second night” our 41st wedding anniversary at the end of our meal Kaitlin brought us a dessert and an anniversary card signed by all the staff that Mieriam our waitress the night before had left for us, it really ment the world to us. “I’ve been to a lot of Italian pizza restaurants in Ontario, and the pizza here is some of the best. It’s an unsuspecting small place, but Lorenzo knows what he is doing.
The dough is soft, airy in the crust and very digestible with a thin yet tasteful centre. It is top notch. I got the buffalina, and despite the simplicity it is amazing, and was wood fired extreme quickly, even for Neapolitan.
The dough is a 9.7/10 and same as the pizza. If you want an authentic, expertly made pizza from a talented chef, go here. The pizzas are beautiful yet simple.“

“I have been to Inchins twice in the St. Catharines location and I just love it. The place is nice and clean, friendly staff to talk about the different types of spicy curry there is, music just relaxing to hear. Had two different Chicken Curries and loved them in my two visits. Garlic Naan is great to dip in the sauce for eating the curry. Refreshing beverages to have you can’t go wrong. Would love to try the spiciest Curry at the Niagara Falls location one day. For me I rate 10 out of 10. 😃 👍🏻“

Would have again. The $30 prix fixe dinner offers appetizer (we had the crab cake and the goat cheese and quinoa salad), main course and dessert (all excellent). Student/servers did a great job. “I attended Costco March 25th week, as I was shopping I saw a sampling of wine. I did want to buy a bottle for dinner, so I tried Late Harvest Riesling and found it smooth and delicious. Everyone at the table loved it! I went back the next day and purchased a few more bottles of Late Harvest Riesling, truly enjoyable, as sense of old world charm.“

“We visited here yesterday, just before going to the show and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Good selection of brews on tap, across the spectrum of styles. They also had a very nice selection of one off sours, in bottles, to sell. The bartender was very friendly and helpful. We learned a lot while chatting with him. We loved the clean, modern look of the bar area. We did not get upstairs to the patio, but we will do that next time. What a great place. We will definitely return.“

“We had a great wine tasting here. Booked via the site for €12/pp (I think it’s now €15/pp?) and we could choose 4 wine samples out of the entire menu. We got a short explanation of what each wine was about from the friendly staff and they even offered us an extra sample of their ice wine to taste at the end. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re in the area and want to try a cosy wine tasting. Maybe book in advance to be sure, but they do allow walk-ins :)“

“Not your average winery. I have been to wineries all over the world from Bordeaux to southern Spain, Western Cape, South Africa and Australia. For a New World vineyard you are getting something special here.

Kevin, the winemaker along with his daughter, verbose knowledge and passion persists in every bottle. The back story of this place is as interesting as the wines themselves. If you can try only one in the Niagara AVA I recommend Long Cliff. Blaufränkish and Sauvignon Blanc are definitely worth trying!“

“Great food all around. Steaks cooked to perfection, including ribeye, which is hard to get right due to the fat. Baked potatoes delicious and salads were fresh with no dead lettuce at all. Ceasar was not all romaine cores like some places. Service was really good, funny and polite server. Also highly recommend the stuffed mushrooms and lobster chowder.“

“We found this restaurant when we were looking for Mediterranean options in the area. We were glad that there was a buffet available. It was not too crowded for an early Friday dinner when we reached but it started getting busier gradually. The best thing was that they served a lot of items that were made to order but those were included in the buffet. The buffet spread was just right… not over the top, nor too lean. Overall, a good find for a reasonable price. Hospitality was great!“

“We have been to Niagara Falls and stayed at the Double Tree a few times. I just love that the restaurant is right downstairs and you can make reservations and dress up or down and go eat. I decided to dress for the occasion, my husband thoroughly loved his birthday outing and dinner at the Falls. We loved the dinner and desert, always impressed. Iam sure we’ll visit again.“

Either by eating in, picking up or having it delivered, the food is always hot and fresh. I never had a bad meal yet! Bonus the people & service are always nice and so great. The portion sizes are reasonable. I always have leftovers for the next day that heat up wonderfully and taste just as good.
