He said, "Since returning back to Canada, I've never had any Indian that comes close to the food I had in India until I tried this!" Sagar has a huge menu to choose from including specialty dishes that are vegetarian, vegan and gluten free. The chefs go above and beyond to provide the best tasting Indian cuisine and are happy to sub anything out for allergies or intolerances. Service is always fast and the servers are so sweet, tend to any needs and ensure you have the best dining experience possible. Sagar is our favourite date night spot in Carleton Place!”

“All food should be wrapped in plastic or in sealed case as there have been flies several times I have been there. I love this place but the flies are gross and they were landing on muffins on top of case.”

Just as good as Kawartha Dairy which is not something I've ever found before), lavender lemonade (smooth and refreshing), and Chicago Mix (it DID taste like cheese and caramel, so strange but delicious). Very reasonably priced, highly recommend a visit!”

“Just new to the area so we tried Fishermen Palace ginger sweet and sour chicken. It was absolutely delicious, nice pieces of chicken in a wonderful flavoured ginger sauce. Also tried the chicken Kong PO it was equally as delicious and the best we have tasted. Thank you for these wonderful dishes.”
