“Our fav is their Half and Half. Tried a few flavours and all seem to be perfect. What we don’t like is the absurd self-made rule of stop serving milk shakes 15 mins before closing. Turned around two times now for being 2 mins late and the excuse that they just washed the blenders. They should honour the customer rather than giving these excuses. When your closing time is 10pm then you should be serving everything on the menu until that time or change your closing time to 9:45pm and ask your people to start washing blenders after that. Good food is one thing but having such an attitude towards customer destroys everything. The owner or whoever is making these rules should take notice“

“I frequent this establishment on occasions, but personally find them a bit on the expensive side. But they do supply quality ice cream products, and a wide assortment of flavours to choose from. They have cones, sundaes and shakes etc, even popcorn if one wants. On this particular day 05/28/2024 around 8:00 P.M. the place was busy, they had two employees serving the customers. I had ordered the small Rum & Raisin cone and wife ordered a small cup of Chocolate Chip ice cream in dish. The ice cream (Rum & Raisin) was very tasty and delicious (BUT kind of on the small side) for the money. Wife enjoyed the Chocolate-Chip in the dish, but it too was on the small side. With HST for the two it came to $12.52. But I guess one pays for the quality or the name-Because it’s Baskin Robbins?

Parking: Plenty of parking-It’s located in small strip mall near Litter Caesar’s Pizza and Popeyes Chicken Outket.

Store was clean, interesting flavours and my favourite part - the waffle cones were fresh - not stale like the last time I visited marble slab. The price was also better if you don’t need all the mix ins. I had a double scoop of cotton candy. The portion was huge. Staff was friendly and helpful. This will be my new go-to spot for ice cream“

“I ordered a custom cake here and it turned out great. I sent them a slightly grainy looking photo as it was a snapshot of an old TV show. I was worried about how the photo would look on the cake but it looked perfect. The cashier even let me know of a coupon I almost missed out on while scanning my point.
