“A Hidden Gem with Heart and Flavor! From the moment we walked into The Corner House, we were warmly welcomed by Vee (the co-owner) and the incredible staff who made us feel right at home. The cozy charm of the place is matched only by the quality of the food, which is nothing short of exceptional. We began our meal with the Mushrooms Neptune and a lovely bottle of wine, both of which set the tone for an evening of indulgent, thoughtfully prepared dishes. For our entrées, we each chose one of the day's specials, and they did not disappoint. Every bite was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with love. Alan, the chef (and co-owner and Vee’s husband), is a true talent in the kitchen. We ended our meal with the chocolate peanut butter cheesecake, which was rich, decadent, and the perfect sweet finish. It is obvious that only premium ingredients are used, and the attention to detail shines through in every dish. A huge thank you to the staff. Their service was impeccable and genuinely warm. This place is a standout, and I can confidently say I’ll be back, likely within the next 14 days. 😍 Highly, highly recommend!“

“Food was exceptional, tasty, excellent portions and service was outstanding. We ordered vegetable fritters to start, curry chicken, salted caramel cheesecake and pistachio tiramisu as our desserts. Take out was fresh, hot and ready right on time. Fabulous experience.“

“Ordered Bison burger with sweet potato fries. It was delicious. The service was a bit slow but staff were smiley and friendly.
FYI - if you order medium rare it will arrive dropping pink/reddish juice which is normal. However I didn’t like that so I asked to have it cooked more. They were happy to take it back and cook it to my liking and it was delicious. My hubby ate it bloody and enjoyed it!“

“I had amazing Vegetarian Pho and Spring Rolls from Com Pho Asia, located at Mulock and Yonge in the Nature's Emporium Plaza. So flavourful. This is a family owned restaurant. The food is amazing each time we have either eaten in or taken out. Phavy, the owner, is very friendly. I highly recommend a visit. When they were open for indoor dining this place was packed every time we went. When I asked how things were going with takeout earlier today, Phavy stated it was a little slow. I would love this place to make it through these challenging times. Their food is a must have“

“Just had an incredible experience at The George Brew House! 🍺 The beer was absolutely amazing—fresh, perfectly crafted, and full of flavor. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff were super friendly and knowledgeable about their brews. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to again and again. Highly recommend for anyone who loves quality beer and a great vibe!“

“They have great food there but don’t go there hungry. You will be waiting forever for your food. We had many instances where we waited way too long for our food that we just decided not to go back. We stayed away for awhile and thought to give it another try tonight. Not only did we wait forever for our food, others got seated & served before us. I waived the manager down and she gives the excuse of the waffle maker being broken then the waitress says it was because they got our slips mixed up. They gave me antra salad to make up for it and my kid got sprinkles on his waffles. No discount on the bill. I loved going to this place but we will not be visiting Symposium again“
