“We went for dinner as a group of 16 pax. Akriti is a star server, very polite and friendly. She managed the whole group very well.
Menu at ESM is very good. Kids menu is good and value for money as well. Our kid had cheese pizza, orange juice and gummies for dessert. For mains, Akriti suggested cheese cappelletti in arrabiata sauce. It tasted very good. Main dishes are served with all-you-can eat bread loaf, soup and salad. We had roasted garlic tomato soup. Soup was very tasty. We will come back again to try other dishes”

“3 strikes, YERRR OUT! first two I put to growing pains, today's was the last time. while the young man who eventually served us was polite, despite repeating the order back twice, when the food eventually arrived it was wrong. the attempt to rectify ended with burnt food. we were ignored for coffee refill. and I have IBS and BOTH bathroom stalls were "closed for cleaning". never again. the woman who seemed to be the manager was very indifferent and offered no solutions.”

“On Tuesday, June 24, 2025, I had lunch at the Mandarin Brampton West Restaurant (Fletchers Creek), with three of my senior friends. The restaurant was packed with celebrating, graduating students. We did not have a reservation, but they graciously accommodated us. Their chairs are low and have no arm rests. I use a walker as I have a back problem which results in mobility restrictions and once seated in the chair, was unable to stand up without considerable effort. When our table’s server noticed this, she tried to find a more suitable chair for me. The Managing Partner, Liana Zheng, got personally involved and fetched a chair with arms and a higher seat, for me to use! Later, when I used the clean, well-appointed, accessible washroom, a staff member discretely, stood outside to ensure that I was not in need of any assistance. The staff’s concentrated efforts to help a disabled old lady, was really appreciated! Even though they were so busy, they treated me with respect and like a valued customer not a burden. Bless them all! The reason we go to the Mandarin is because of the consistently delicious, good quality and variety of their buffet food. From now on, I will go there also because of how well I was treated. I highly recommend this restaurant to all seniors!”

“5 star for food, but what we have seen there today around 6:30 pm, was not very nice a girl in green shirt took order and left. After 5-10 min she came back when we asked for the order pick up, without analyzing anything she start blaming her juniors for the delay. However, the guy and girl were already serving other customers. I would recommend to please teach your senior staff to behave respectfully with the juniors or new comers specially in front of customers. We really felt bad for those two, they were already working so they need not to be treated rudely. Thanks.”
