“A huge shout out to mc donalds on stanley st I ordered dinner for 6 threw skip and the driver dropped off the wrong order, when I brought it back and explained the situation not only did they remake all of the order fresh but consistently apologized for the drivers mistake“
“I can't understand the low rating this McDonald's has!! I went in yesterday for a quick bite. The food was great and so was the service!! I sat in and ate my meal. As I ate, I realized that there was something very different about this McDonald's!!! The staff are actually HAPPY!!! They all get along and work so well together!! It was a pleasant change from what I'm used to seeing!! The staff here actually enjoy being there!! This also was apparent when I noticed how clean it was!! The atmosphere was very enjoyable!! At one point, I was giggling just listening to them!! Of course, customer service came first!! But, you could still hear the sound of very happy employees!! Whatever you're doing, please keep it up!! It honestly made my day!! Thank you!! 😄“
“I want to give a huge shoutout to Denise at this McDonald's! She provided some of the best customer service we've ever experienced. She was incredibly kind and attentive, whether she was at the counter or making sure the dining room was taken care of. Her excellent hospitality is a true credit to this store and to the team leader at a time we have started avoiding fast food that are filled with rude international students. Thanks Denise you made our day and we hope to see you again.“
“This mcdonald's is okay for a quick bite but its not the best branch out there. the food is usually what you'd expect standard Mcdonald's taste but quality and freshness can be inconsistent. sometimes the fries are hot and crispy, other times they arrive cold or soggy. Burgers are generally fine bit a bit hit or miss during busy hours.“
“I refuse to go to Tim Hortons. I would rather come here and get coffee for a medium. It’s $1.35 with tax you can’t beat it. It’s a better coffee and a better price and the staff and the people are super amazing. Super polite and nice. I go here on a regular basis mainly for coffee but highly recommend specifically this McDonald’s though on King George the one on Wayne Gretzky is mediocre, but this one this one is the way to go.“
