“I've been here 3 times. Two of those times were nice. Just the service you expect. One time I was going back home overnight though, and the fries they gave me were barely even warm, and they were soggy. I only found out about this like two minutes later on the highway, and I wasn't gonna go back 10 km to go complain.“

Would at least acknowledged him. So she acknowledged him but didn't even give him a wink., Didn't even lift her head up and told us to go to the cashier.

“We all know what to expect when we go to Mickey D’s. So I don’t want to review what we all already know. I more so want to make a suggestion. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT GIVE ME ICE CREAM AND THEN ASK ME TI PULL TO THE NEXT WINDOW! I do not mind going to the next window, but please give me all my products together. Passing me my pop, while not providing a straw is very counter productive. Watching ice cream melt while I wait for my food order makes me sigh.. sure, I can go home and throw it in my freezer, which is what I often do. I just don’t feel like I should have to. Just give me my frozen stuff with my hot food and the world instantly becomes a better place. lol“
“McDonald’s employee Ruchi at Wayne Gretzky location was absolutely wonderful & saved me a week ago. I was about to drive on Hwy 403, & my side mirror had been knocked & was frozen solid. I wouldn’t have been able to see on highway out of it for lane change, etc
I went thru drive thru just before highway.
I asked Ruchi, who was working take out window if she could help me.
Immediately she was willing.
I asked for some hot water to pour on frozen mirror.
She had me pull in front & immediately brought me a pot of very hot water.
It worked & my mirror was fixed & I was safe to travel. Ruchi was so polite, helpful & sweet. We need more people like Ruchi.

“Went the 'drive thru' route for a late, quick snack, and although it was crazy busy, the staff were so cheerful and it took a few minutes for the food, but WoW! I haven't had a fresher Big Mac combo.... fries perfectly salty and just the right amount of ice in my drink!! 10/10“
