“I'm editing my review and deducting a star for food. They recently made some changes that appear to be cost saving and the quality has gone down. The chicken teriyaki bowls were amazing but now, you can no long ask for the Asian vegetables as an option. Additionally they are now.usung what appears to be bagged coleslaw instead of the chopped vegetables. We also only had tiny amount of broccoli in our bowls where in the past you had nice large pieces.

Staff are still amazing and friendly, but the quality of the teriyaki bowls has definitely.gone down.“

Called the phone line found on google and the response was essentially.. since you ordered on uber there is nothing we can do but tell someone... so I did that and told Ottawa Public Health Fyi to anyone who orders from toppers in stittsville UPDATE: ottawa public health has done an investigation and has determined that the most likely source of the object was from one of their suppliers. The business is contacting other businesses and reaching out to their suppliers to notify them that this has occurred. There is also a possibility that this could have occurred from the driver that delivered the food. While I am still not satirist wth the response from corporate I would like to point out that the blame does not appear to be on the individual store itself.“

“Absolutely love this location. It’s always where I stop after work to get something quick to eat. Tonight I went in and was greeted by Jinesh who was lovely to talk to. I’ve always had great experiences with the staff at this location but Jinesh really exceeded my expectations tonight. We had a great conversation as I was getting myself and my siblings some subs. And when I got home to eat they were all great just as we were hoping for. Highly recommend stopping by, especially if Jinesh is working 😉“

“Such a great spot. My wife is gluten free and they made an awesome lettuce wrapped burger for her. My toddler spilled his milk all over the table and floor and Dadem, the staff member, brought us a new milk and told us it was totally fine, he helped us move to another table and then cleaned up the other one. We were so grateful for his kindness.Good was excellent and we will definitely be back. We especially loved that the kids meal comes with milk, and a great granola bar with pretty awesome ingredients.

Dietary restrictions: You can get your burgers lettuce wrapped if you’re gluten free and the kids dessert is also gluten free. SO nice!“

“Loved the Big veggie sun here. So far the best veg sub I had in Ottawa. Loved that veggie patty. It is a must try. The service we got was excellent and staff was very kind.
