“Stopped in for a late lunch - staff were super friendly and very attentive. Ordered the Rustic Burger Combo and was priced competitively with other places selling burgers and fries, around $13 for the combo. The fries were so good - nice and hot, golden and crisp and perfectly seasoned with salt. The burger was cooked perfectly and the bun was nice and fresh. The burger was wrapped in this unique paper that prevented it from dripping while eating it on the go, a great idea. My only comment is that I was hoping for a "house made patty". The patty was definitely bland and lacking flavour, it didn't even seem like I was eating beef. I'll eat here again, overall I enjoyed it but please, set your business apart from other restaurants and make your own patties! A good burger is very hard to come by these days...“

“Normally, they are quite dependable as long as you don't need to make a change. However, after ordering online and realizing I missed the spot to change the pickup time, I called immediately to tell them I needed to make the change before they started it. They asked to put me on hold and left me there for ten minutes before I hung up and called back to find out they were putting the pizza in the oven while I waited and I won't be heading there for over two hours. When I indicated I won't be there until much later, they basically shrugged me off and then hung up on me. I had already paid but this is definitely not good customer service. Two different staffers on the phone, each one less than the other :(Follow-up: someone there realized the occurrence and made a fresh pizza prior to actual scheduled pick up. The pizza is still good there when we order and we continue to order from them.“

“I love this A&W for breakfast sandwiches. They are actually like an egg sandwich I would make at home - a real egg fried on a griddle (in a ring, ok, but some egg slips out under the ring making it more like homemade), good bacon done to a light crisp (not soggy and cold like other joints), and real sliced cheese (not processed cheese slices).. And all hot on an English muffin (my wife prefers the sesame bun, nice to have a choice). And their hash browns tend to be hot and crispy. You have to wait a few seconds linger than other places but I think that's because they are making it fresh and it has not been warming for 15 minutes. Also the drive through is never busy for 5 stars for service.“

“I don’t know what happened, but we were overly impressed with our last order of chicken from here. The pieces were large, almost like they used to be in the past! It was also freshly made and tasted great. Service was quite friendly as well. Not what I was expecting.“

“Had to repeat what I ordered twice and it was wrong once I got a chance to open my cheese burg plan!!! I always get asked if I still wanted cheese... I would have ordered a hamburger if I didn't want cheese. Yes I want cheese please....!!! I ordered a coke and I got a choc milk shake??? I didn't go back to change it I already waited 26 mins to get my order placed. Then another 9 minute to pick up my order. I was asked to pull up the the pickup #3 and someone will bring my order 5 mins later.“
