“I was a bit hesitant to give 123 a try after reading the reviews (had not ordered food from them in years, and had heard new ownership was not great as of 1-2 years ago). I’m so glad I decided to try it. The food was great with generous portions, service was friendly and fast, and the prices are very reasonable compared to other Chinese restaurants in the area. My order came to $95 and fed 4 adults; there’s still tons left over, easily enough for 1-2 more meals each. At Christmas I ordered the same number of dishes from another Chinese food place in town for a total of $124 and it only fed 4 adults 1 meal each.

I’m guessing ownership has changed since 1-2 years ago because the woman who was working at the counter was nothing but pleasant and provided good service. The orange chicken and Szechuan beef stood out as the highlights of the order - I highly recommend both. They also offer a discount if you pay cash. 123 will definitely be my go-to from now on for Chinese food in Cobourg!“

I previously was not crazy about the rice and other ingredients but Today, I would whole-heartedly recommend the Dinner for 3! Tasty small grains of fried rice. Yummy and tender Beef and Broccoli!
