My London Fog is usually ready right when I pull up to the window and even if it’s not, it’s never more than a 2-minute wait, which is awesome during a busy day.

I have to take a moment to recognize Micaela she’s an absolute gem. Always respectful, kind, and professional, which is something you don’t always see these days, especially in someone so young. Her positive attitude and constant smile truly brighten up the visit. She’s a great example of what excellent customer service looks like.
