“We had an amazing experience at the Tremont. We made the reservation to celebrate my birthday. When we arrived, Mel (our extremely attentive server), showed up with two complimentary glasses of champagne to toast my birthday. My husband ordered the lobster tail appetizer and the duck confit. He loved the crispy skin and the tender meat. He said both were delicious. His only criticism was he received half of a lobster tail, he expected the whole tail. In his opinion it was butterflied and he got half. My dinner was superb. I cannot even begin to describe the flavour profile of the pork belly. It was caramelized to perfection, a beautiful crunch on the outside with a melt in your mouth pork center. The acidic contrast from the pomegranate was divine. Hen of the woods is a whole earthy experience on its own. The complexity, umami, textures, richness of flavours, variety and presentation are an exquisite combination …a very elevated, elegant, yet woodsy dish. Just when we thought we could not eat another bite, Mel arrived with a complimentary slice of a chocolate, peanut butter dessert that reminded me of crème caramel texture. Topped with a birthday candle. I had the French 75 cocktail, one of my favourites ( I thought I could detect a hint of herbal flavour to it). It was perfect. Thank you for a memorable evening.”

“There really are no words that can fairly describe our gastronomical experience at The Pine. It was more than a Chef's Tasting with sixteen different courses, it was a night full of delights to your tastebuds and flavours that you had never tasted before and that made you yearn for more. Each course was magical and unusual and when you thought it couldn't get any better - it did. The spectacular food was complimented by an entourage of friendly staff that were so knowledgeable and dedicated, it heightened the enjoyment. We commented on how it was like a dance - one that you could tell provided joy for themselves, as well as the guests. Chef Jeremy Austin is brilliant. His creativity was over the top creating the most unusual dishes that were a delight to your taste buds. This was an experience that I would recommend to all those who love food and want the very best, not only in this local area, but anywhere in the world - just amazing! Most certainly deserving of the Michelin Star they were just rewarded. We will be back!”

Menu in restaurant was not the same.
I ended up ordering fish & chips. Probably the worst fish & chips I’ve ever had .
For $17, fish was very small, no colsiaw, so much salt on chips almost uneatable. Tried to order coffee, was told no hot drinks. My wife asked for bottle o Perrier water that said they only had sparkling water, which was tap water run through soda stream. She said it tasted strongly of chlorine. I will never go there again.”

“Steven and his team were incredible for a catered party/dinner! Everyone raved about the food, they handled allergies well, they made things extremely easy as a host, and cleaned up so well you couldn’t even tell there was a party. Thank you Mamacita! Can’t wait to use them again!”

“My absolute favourite sub shop, sandwiches are built perfectly every time I’ve been there. Staff are absolutely incredible, the store is impeccably clean, hands-down way better than Jersey Mike’s, trust me. I took the drive wasn’t worth it. This Mr. sub put jersey Mike’s to shame. My favourite is the super assorted, I also love the meatball here as well. Definitely recommend here.”

“Had a visit for the first time while in Collingwood and it was such a great breakfast. I had the veggie omelet with feta and fresh fruit. It's probably one of the best omelets I've ever had. My husband had the Breakfast Poutine bowl and was super happy with it, very very tasty. The portions are big so we took food home as well! The service was great and we'll be coming back again for sure. Highly recommend 5+++”

“Went to Fig and Feta for Saturday evening dinner with my adult sons. It was a delightful experience in every way - excellent food and drink, with very friendly service from the owner down. It's a high-energy place, but staff took time to relate to all their customers. Portions of food are generous, so be prepared to take some home for a happy aftertaste! We would definitely go back.”

“I’ve been to this location a number of times for my plant based burger combo but usually through the drive-thru. Last time I went into the restaurant and was super impressed with the counter staff. They were very welcoming and informative about what they offered. The young lady who helped me was all over the dining room cleaning and tidying as well as greeting customers and taking orders. “Tonight was my first meal from Thonburi Thai in Collingwood. I don't know why it took me so long. So flavourful and filling. It will definitely not be my last. My entire family loved it, my 5.5 year old grandson licked up his Pad Thai like he hadn't eaten in a week. “Had the pleasure last night of eating at Prime once again, and once again you didnt disappoint. The Food was Fantastic, I ordered the special Artic Char. Its was Amazing! Plus I was lucky enough to sit beside a couple of friends that couldnt finish there meals so I also indulged in the rib eye, the Tuscan Chicken pasta, and the Butter Chicken. It was all so DELICIOUS! The Staff is amazing and my Guiness was never empty! Also got a surprise treat with a Lychee Martini, what a refreshing tasty drink, I totally recommend. Just to name drop our server was Amal and he was on point with his service and his helper Sienna was a great help too. Martin the bartender kept the drinks flowing, thanks again for the martini! The owner Sylvain was his amazing self, making everyone feel comfortable, he even taught us some wonderful wine facts and made the mood light and inviting. Every time I come to Prime Seven Nine, its an amazing experience.........I fully recommend this place for lunch or dinner if your in the Collingwood area, and the patio ROCKS as well on a beauty day. “A group of us went in for dinner last night. I had the lobster dinner with an added lobster for my meal. There were great choices on the menu board and the anniversary specials. We had a great waiter. Very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. He kept called everyone boss. Not sure what that was about though. If you leave Tony’s hungry there is something wrong. I always take something home. Great place to dine.”

“Wow! doesn’t describe it the food, atmosphere, the staff and knowledge they have for those that are gluten-free/celiac. Danielle, was amazing!! Friendly, Knowledgeable, spunky, and answered our questions as my wife is Celiac. If anyone is in the area you have you stop in!! I only wish there was one in my hometown of St.Thomas. but well worth a weekend trip up!!! Very well done to the team!!!”

Pepi's was the pizza I bought in 2004 as a highschool student for $2.25 for double slice and a pop....

It was 3* at best but would get 5 for nostalgia.

This location is Mountain Shores and it's one of the best pizza's you will ever have.

Please respect Donnie and acknowledge it for what it is. Donnie did a wonderful job making excellent pizza & better yet, being a wonderful member of the Collingwood community.

I work in an environment where customer service is incredibly important, so I always pay close attention when I’m out—looking to learn from great experiences and also noting behaviours I wouldn’t want to emulate.

The customer service here was truly top-notch. The staff were attentive and seemed to know what I needed before I even did. My coffee was always full, the food arrived quickly and was absolutely delicious, and everyone was so sweet and kind.

This was the best breakfast experience I’ve had in years. Thank you to the wonderful staff at Eggsmart—excellent job all around!”
