“We just stopped here on our road trip from Minnesota, USA. What a phenomenal brewery. The beer, totally rocks, so many different varieties to choose from. The actual building itself has a great vibe and huge outdoor patio. We sat indoors at the bar as we had been outside, hiking most of the day. Our bartenders were a mother and daughter combo, and I unfortunately did not get their names. But they were absolutely awesome, Super knowledgeable about the beers on tab and also gave us a lot of advice for local things to do in places to go. Our entire experience there was top notch. Can’t recommend this place highly enough.“

It was an explosion of flavors. Super good and quality food. My friends and I enjoyed fish, beef, and chicken tacos plus nachos. The food was another level.
Service also was super friendly.

“I am addicted to the taco salad here! 🤤 everything is so fresh and delicious. gluten free donuts were amazing too! my neice and her boyfriend enjoyed their food also. Most definitely recommend if you want healthy delicious food options.“

“The restaurant’s layout is elegant and charming, with both indoor and outdoor seating and plenty of space.
The prices are on the expensive side, but the staff is professional, friendly, and provides fast service.

“We had 2 wonderful meals at Tholos, in which the staff and Head Chef Patrick went above and beyond to accommodate our allergy needs. The allergies were taken very seriously, with the food prepared separately to ensure no cross contamination. We were grateful for the excellent, and very personal service we received. Thank you Tholos staff, and Chef Patrick.“

“Had the pleasure last night of eating at Prime once again, and once again you didnt disappoint. The Food was Fantastic, I ordered the special Artic Char. Its was Amazing! Plus I was lucky enough to sit beside a couple of friends that couldnt finish there meals so I also indulged in the rib eye, the Tuscan Chicken pasta, and the Butter Chicken. It was all so DELICIOUS! The Staff is amazing and my Guiness was never empty! Also got a surprise treat with a Lychee Martini, what a refreshing tasty drink, I totally recommend. Just to name drop our server was Amal and he was on point with his service and his helper Sienna was a great help too. Martin the bartender kept the drinks flowing, thanks again for the martini! The owner Sylvain was his amazing self, making everyone feel comfortable, he even taught us some wonderful wine facts and made the mood light and inviting. Every time I come to Prime Seven Nine, its an amazing experience.........I fully recommend this place for lunch or dinner if your in the Collingwood area, and the patio ROCKS as well on a beauty day. Thx again Prime for an amazing experience!“
