“We visited on a slow Monday night this week and received wonderful service from Stephanie! She was knowledgeable about the menu, kind and attentive. The food could use some improvement with the Spinach Dip being the absolute worst I’ve had to date, the mac and cheese being grainy and my chicken tenders being tough and unseasoned. The restaurant itself is clean and service was exceptional so I would definitely visit again.“

“We returned to Jack's, and Nicole and Alexa were fantastic. Despite them being busy, they were very helpful and attentive to our needs. Their service was impeccable; we highly recommend them, and we will definitely return. Sara was also very attentive to our table. The service was prompt and friendly. Lunch was delicious, and Sean's (usual order) of chicken wings arrived quickly. We highly recommend Jack's. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.“

“Nice little place to get some good bar food with friends and watch a game. We had veggie quesadillas and a greek salad. Food was great and prices were quite reasonable. The place itself is easy to miss, being tucked away in a little strip mall. It would hold 30-35 people max. The owner works very hard to keep her customers happy and provide a good experience. We would happily return!“

“I've never actually been there on a busy night especially to try their seafood Monday nights. The atmosphere surprises me because the first time entering you would not think that they serve island dish and the misic is comforting. I do enjoy going there.“

“My first time there was 02/03/24. Nice place and definitely an adult crowd. A big shout to the DJ/Selector "Roots Fire Sound" Donson, who was fantastic. He had the vibes on lock with good music and shout-outs to the birthday people about five that night. The owner of the lounge, Sugar bird, took over from the DJ/Selector about 2 hours before closing, and why? He shut the vibes down. He needs to let the professional do the job from start to finish. There is also jerk chicken, chicken wings, soup, and other food, which I won't comment on because I didn't eat anything. There is also a $10 charge at the door.“

The owner, Barry, is an incredibly friendly host. His chatter while tending to the bar is incredibly entertaining, he is a real character.
There is only one food item here, wings and fries. But they are very good.

“Came here for my husband's bday, the food is delicious, I recommend anything shrimp or fish. It's a perfect chill spot that turns into night life clubbing at night so u can enjoy a meal late evening Nd stay and party the night away. They make the best cocktails. The only thing that I didn't like, their bottle service is expensive and you may not find a table so it's best to reserve it from early. The dj plays jamaican dancehall, afro- beats, R&B and trini music. And they know how to mix, and the club is for mature clientele so crowd is in their 30s to 50s with the odd mature 20s ppl. I had a blast and so did my husband.“

While it's sitting in the middle of an industrial hub, it has succeeded in gathering families around a tasty traditional meal, like creamchop or "qoozi", or a social game or event. “It’s a dive bar and a great place to have a couple of drinks . $5 beers: don’t expect to eat here. Great patio and chill, relaxed environment. Local bar and definitely has a charm. I stop by whenever in the neighborhood. Friendly people once they realize you’re not a cop. Be respectful and you won’t have a problem. Mr. Lee is amazing.“

Excellent and fast service as well, atmosphere is ok, can't help getting the ocassional sketchy crowds from the bars next door but nothing too bad. This is and will continue to be our go-to spot on Friday nights after hockey games for our family. Keep it up guys. Great job!“

Parking: Paid parking on the street and varies depending on how busy the street is as there are many other businesses as well. The parking is around $4.45 for 2 hours.“

“The atmosphere was perfect—warm, inviting, and ideal for our event. The food, drinks, and service were great.

A special shoutout to Meghan, our waitress, who made the evening smooth and enjoyable. She was incredibly helpful, and attentive, and always had a bright smile that added to the positive vibes of the night. 😊

The only issue for those who drive to this location might be parking, but there is underground public parking a few minutes' walk from here.
