“I should’ve caught her Name walking out the door, but I didn’t but who really cares. The entire staff that I met on the day that I went to go and eat Was far more than exceptional. If you’re gonna ask me about the kind of service that I’d like out of a place, This is a prime example.

They are simply genuine and Kind people that are just doing their best. I usually don’t like going outside, But if I knew I’d run into people like them at every restaurant, It would make things much better.

“The price was a very good food was super fresh. The server was very rude which doesn't usually happen here , perhaps she was having a bad day or something but it showed unfortunately.Very often don't have the specific items you ask for. But what you can is always fresh and tastey.

“I go to this Tim's almost every day on my way to work or going over for lunch breaks. The staff are usually quite friendly! Today, I went through drive thru to get my morning cup of coffee and Nathan absolutely cracked me up at the speaker and window! Absolutely made my morning!!! We need more people like you!! I hope this finds its way back to him he deserves the recognition! Coffee was absolutely delicious too as usual!“

“I always stop in the morning at the Tim Hortons on Montreal Road, Cornwall, Ont. before going to work. They are fast ( my wait time from order to pickup is always no more than three minutes consistently). This morning was no exception, but later today I discovered my debit card was accidentally locked which I didn’t know, but for some reason when I went through the drive thru this morning it should have declined but I went through with no issues. I know that card should have declined and I think the girl who served me any way didn’t say anything. I went back after work to fix this and pay for my coffee there but they wouldn’t take my money. I am so impressed with the girl this morning. We are working folk, and usually our first interaction will usually set what kind of day we have. There was no indication from her at all and I now know the card had declined. I would like to thank her for making this morning a good one and I would also like to thank Tim Hortons on Montreal road for the free coffee and donut this morning. You made my day. Thank you. Ian.“

“I ordered an ice capp, it was good. But I have noticed on more than one occasion that service is pretty slow late at night. Like 10pm or later. I understand that the staff is minimal and they need to clean. But no seems to watch the front counter and people seem to wait awhile before getting noticed. This evening a guy came in and said he had been waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru, all he ordered was some tea. And then it still took them a bit to make it for him. Need to keep a better eye on the front counter.“
