I will give myself some credit for ordering the best pie on the menu (in my humble opinion). The olive oil and bread before the food is also incredible, mainly the oil doing the lifting. “Every time I visit this Pizza Pizza location (which isn’t very often) it’s usually pretty quiet, but always clean, and the staff are consistently friendly and welcoming.

Today, our family of four stopped by. I had placed an order through the app for a medium pepperoni pizza but forgot to select the option for half cheese, half pepperoni. When I mentioned the mistake to the staff, they were incredibly accommodating, even though the pizza was already in the oven. They didn’t show the slightest bit of annoyance and quickly found a way to make it right.

My husband ordered a chicken sandwich that unfortunately had a strange texture. It didn’t look undercooked, but something about the taste and feel was off. When he politely shared his concern with the staff, they listened without giving any attitude or resistance. They immediately took the sandwich back and offered him something else instead.

We truly appreciated the professionalism, friendliness, and accountability shown by the staff today. Thank you for making our visit a positive one!“
