“I can count on one hand the number of times I have taken my 6yo son, who has ten food allergies and carries epipens, to a restaurant. Given our many hospital trips for anaphylaxis, it is a tremendously stressful thing for us to consider and the risks typically outweigh the benefits. After the isolation of the pandemic and considering my son is older now, we decided to try again. With no insistence on my part, our server Keegan took my son's ten food allergies very seriously: when he couldn't remember the ingredients for a menu item (most he knew in detail), he acknowledges that and checked labels without my asking, even brough some over for us to check ourselves. He also reassured us that he and the other staff members would thoroughly sanitize food prep areas and do everything in their power to ensure my kid had a safe and positive experience. He even got a bandaid for him at one point and helped put it on (adorable). I don't have words to describe how much I appreciate his service and what it means to me, personally, in a world where we've had to be so constantly hypervigilant around food. Thank you Keegan!!! Copper Branch - please give this guy a raise!!! We'll be back for sure. Many, many, many times.“

“Danya was such a kind and helpful server. I ended up ordering the red velvet cheesecake but didn't realize it was under another name where it came with icecream. When I asked if it came with it she explained that it's under another section and she can absolutely change the order and grab me ice cream. She did it quickly and didn't make me feel silly for ordering incorrectly.

Just one note - maybe stock more decaf coffee, as this is the second time we've been this month and they've been out. People love coffee with dessert and definitely can't drink caffeine that late.“

“I ordered during a street festival that I was a vendor at - and not only did the Oshawa location call to give a heads up about the event, they even hand delivered it to my booth and then even followed up to ask how it was. “Yesterday I came into the restaurant because it caught my eye since I love shawarma and their signage is quite bright and showcases their food on the windows.

I got a Falafel shawarma combo with a salad and a water, the shawarma is bigger than the water bottle, was full of a nice amount of toppings and sauces. Their Falafel is quite literally the best Falafel I've ever had from a restaurant everyone else's was very dry, hard to eat and didn't really enjoy but this restaurants Falafel was good, it had some crispiness on the exterior and it's very soft and pleasant on the inside! So I will be eating their Falafel again!
I like their hot sauce it's flavorful and not too hot so you can add quite a bit to your food if you please.

The shawarma is quite filling on it's own so you don't need a side if you have a small appetite like myself but their salad is good. There's plenty of sauce options and decent toppings and several shawarma types

Also the employee who served me although newer to the restaurant was very kind to me and very accommodating like I don't enjoy soda much and I was able to have just a water with ease, he also struck up some light conversation and complimented me on my septum piercing so I find this restaurant to be welcoming and caring rather than dismissive or rude

So I will be returning, thank you for the good meal ❤️😊“

“Came here the night of Thanksgiving and there were only two staff - even though the store was busy the male worker with glasses was very kind and was rushing to help everyone. Very friendly worker even under lots of stress. Definitely recommend this location!!“
