“I just want to say that the past 2, 3 weeks on drive through, there have been a few of the "most" pleasant gentlemen working the window. They are friendly, funny , no problems understanding them. This is so refreshing, to be understood and get the right order.“

“Went to the drive through and made sure to ask for no onions and no pickles in the 2 burgers. When I got home both contained pickles and onions and I was missing an item. Called the store the manager was great took my information and said the entire order would be compensated next time I go in. A week and a half later went back and another person was there claiming the manager only put one burger on credit. They ended up doing the whole meal which was appreciated. I just think better communication and attention to detail needs some work. I get it most of the staff are teens. I’m just glad that they did do their best to rectify the situation“

“My wife and I went to Montana’s on Upper James in Hamilton around 4-430 on Sunday, November 10 incredible experience that I have ever had and I have worked in the customer service industry for over two decades. My wife is allergic to all shellfish and we have been going to this Montana’s a few times now because they’ve been really great with allergies and sensitivities, but this particular time they had incorporated surf and turf on their menu and even though shrimp is a little more manageable in terms of the allergies, lobster is not our server was Brady. He was the most amazing server that I can remember not only did he wash his hands before coming and serving us. He personally went into the back of the kitchen and instructed them about this situation and then proceeded to manage as much as he could back there to ensure my wife’s safety and well-being, Montana’s, you have an incredible employee and I think that you’re really lucky to have him and very fortunate to have him. He was an absolute pleasure, pleasant, and kind and courteous thoughtful, mindful and definitely will be a place that we will continue to go as long as he is there. Honestly, if you can get him to help train other employees on the detail that he provides The customers that he serves, you would be all the better for it. The manager that we spoke with I apologize I didn’t get her name. She was fantastic as well and we made sure to let her know how much we appreciated Brady service.

“Slow drive through with a very long wait. It's not like they were busy or I had a big/special order. Otherwise it was a standard a+w experience, nothing wrong with my order. It's what you would expect. Cold root beer, no ice as always. Love the environmental friendly packaging.... Just need a new lid fir their drinks to make it 100% compostable.

“As a senior, I’ve struggled with my hearing when out etc. I went to Harvey’s on Upper Ottawa after my local dump run. The gentleman named Chris was so helpful and patient with me. He took the time to help me get the lunch I needed. The restaurant is clean, friendly and most of all the food was delicious! What Chris didn’t know was I’m recently widowed and it’s hard for me to eat solo etc. Having a great conversation with him just made that task more doable! Thank you!

“First time customer to this establishment. Food was decent, service was great, prices just OK, not great. One thing that I noticed with the menu is that onions in your home fries is an additional $1.69?! Who does that?

I didn't bother adding the onions because paying for something that would normally be Included seems silly, and if they are not normally cooked with them, adding them in at the last minute would no give me the home fries that I would expect.

So ya, they only get 4 stars instead of 5 ....“

Their staff are super efficient and helpful..I took one star away only because they are so very busy that they can't always get to you as quickly as they'd like. The atmosphere is friendly and bustling...again, it's a busy breakfast place, not a candlelit dining experience. The food is always hot and done as we request...and we often have a table of ten or more of us, so that must be a challenge for them. A great eating experience. I would recommend.

Parking: It's a strip mall. Lots of parking but you may not get right at the doors.

Wheelchair accessibility: Access would be doable, but moving around inside is a little tight for us foot peeps, so the chair could be a challenge to negotiate. I'm sure peeps would make it happen. Seems like always a good crowd in there.“
