“On Wednesday June 18th, 2025, I came in and asked how big the 9 chicken pieces were and the gentleman at the cash showed me and was very accurate! Very nice gentleman with great customer service!!! He was very patient with me as well while I made a decision of what to order. It’s been 8 years since I have had Mary Browns so it was a treat to have great customer service and to come into a clean establishment! The chef who is hidden in the back cooking, was also very friendly and was busy working!! Thank you guys!!!“

“Second time being to this location, always seems to be pretty good. My daughter loves the robot that delivers the food. I had the same waitress twice. She did a fantastic job. If I had a suggestion, make sure you haven't ran out of the cheese bread and the Caesar salad. The fries on the menu are the cheapest thing for a restaurant to purchase and serve. Make sure that the fries are full and don't be a cheapskate on them. Other than that, overall great experience“

“second new restaurant in Bradford with poor customer service! So, my husband had a floater in his beer, they disagreed but reluctantly gave him a new beer. there was a beer and wine special, we were only told about the beer. I asked for flats only and was told no guarantee would probably get one or two drumsticks - I got two flats... (see photo). waitress said "oh sorry" . waste of 14.99 for 8 wings. my husband overheard the waitress tell the Manager and he said "oh don't worry about it they won't be back anyways". he is correct!!“

“Absolutely love Mary Brown’s! The chicken is always hot, crispy, and perfectly seasoned—it just melts in your mouth. The Big Mary sandwich is my personal favorite, and those taters? Totally addictive. You can tell everything is made fresh.“

“Authentic and delicious. The restaurant is always playing K-pop on the TV and the air conditioning is permanently kept on cold- bring a sweater! As mentioned, everything from the sauce to the main course was delicious. The rosé ttebokki we ordered was a bit spicy, the sweet and sour crispy chicken was perfect to kill the spice.

Kid-friendliness: Big menu. No kids selection but the food items can come simple for picky eaters. TV is always on to cure child restlessness.“
