“I genuinely cannot say enough good things about this Chick-fil-A location. I have been coming here every single Friday for what feels like forever, and somehow they never disappoint. Out of all the places I could go, this is the one spot I consistently look forward to every week.

The customer service here is honestly incredible. Every single employee I’ve interacted with has been kind, welcoming, patient, and genuinely seems happy to help. You can tell that the team works hard to create a positive environment, and it makes such a difference. The staff always greet customers with a smile, and even when they’re busy, they remain friendly and efficient.

I have to specifically mention the Friday night team because they are absolutely amazing. There is one gentleman who I believe may be a manager (although I’m not completely sure) who is always so friendly, professional, and welcoming. Every time I see him, he goes above and beyond to make customers feel appreciated. Employees like him are the reason people keep coming back.

Now for the food perfection every single time. My order is usually a sweet tea and a large fry, and somehow they always get it exactly right. The sweet tea is consistently fresh and delicious, and the fries are always hot, crispy, and generously filled. It might sound funny, but I genuinely spend the week looking forward to my Friday Chick fil A run. Nothing hits quite like that sweet tea and those fries after a long week.

What I appreciate most is the consistency. Whether it’s busy or quiet, whether I’m dining in or taking food to go, the experience is always excellent. That’s rare these days, and it’s one of the reasons I keep coming back week after week.

“I had Simba's during Ramadan this year, I haven't realized that I should post a review, so here I am. This is, without a doubt, the BEST chicken spot I have ever tried. I went there with my 4 cousins and we all were in love with it, I never knew chicken could be THAT good! We got 2 Ramadan specials and a combo meal, The Ramadan special was amazing, the fried chicken sandwich, the smash burger, the tenders, and the fries were all so good. “AMAZING! I had these chicken wings at New Year's Party and had to find out where they were from. SUPER happy with my own order. They're fully cooked which means they heat up super quickly (and I don't have to worry about undercooking) which is SO convenient. “Went to Nene Chicken in North York with my wife and tried the spicy wings with fries. Really enjoyed it - the wings were tasty and the fries were great too. The host was super courteous and welcoming. Had a very good experience overall and would happily go again.“

“Some advice- if you’re ordering from uber eats, make sure you ask for ketchup! It doesn’t automatically come with your order and there’s no prompt to ask for it on the app. Also, the bbq honey is a dry rub. I was expecting a hot honey sauce.

Every meal is made fresh, to order so there is a bit of a wait but I prefer freshly fried chicken anyway. Juicy on the inside, crunchy on the outside.

We ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, chicken fries, flaming fries and the fresh cucumber fries. The cucumber fries was interesting but was tastier the more you ate it! Would definetly be back!!

The stuff are very accommodating and customer friendly. “Ordered a signature chicken burger. Waited for 7 minutes. Came with 3 good size of chicken stripes. Chicken was fried perfectly, crispy and not too oily nor dry. The chicken (and the burger) was tasted bit too bland. This should be an easy fix with more favor marinade or burger sauce.“
