“Stopped by Union Chicken for a quick bite before catching my train, and it turned out to be a pretty good choice. The restaurant is located right inside Union Station, so very convenient if you’re commuting or just passing through. I ordered sweet and spicy fried chicken sandwich — it was crispy and flavourful. Prices are on the higher side for a casual spot, but that’s expected at a location like this. The coleslaw, ordered as a side dish was crunchy, with a light, tangy dressing. It was  more on the creamy side but still felt refreshing — not too heavy or sweet. A nice contrast to the richness of the fried chicken, and a good side if you're looking for something lighter than fries.
The service was relatively quick, even though the place was fairly busy.
If you’re looking for a reliable bite before your train or while downtown, it’s a solid pick.“

“I got rose teokkbokki and 2 type of chicken, gangnam style and secret sauce. The food was good but the rose teokkbokki portion was decent and there isn’t a lot of ingredients mainly sauce and cabbage. But the chicken was both good, recommend for low spice eater, definitely will order again“

“Got 2 100 Boxes. Was told it would take 15-20 minutes but wound up being closer to 40 minutes. Usually I wouldnt mind but underground parking is paid and outdoor parking is limited to 20 minutes. Chicken tastes amazing, thick and crunchy (yet still soft) breading with great sauce - I would eat 3 drumsticks in a heartbeat. The Cheeseling chicken had more of a cheese powder on it rather than actual proper drizzled cheese but alas, still tasted good. Kimchi was good, rice was good. One 100 Box should fill you up, decent serving size for $15.“

“The claim to fame of this brand is that they sell chicken sandwiches and chicken strips where you decide the spice level of your item from no spice to "reaper" spice level.
The product is very tasty, and their French fries are also great.
My recommendation is to error on the side of less and not more spice since their very hot sandwiches are very hot indeed.
Washrooms were clean abd well supplied.
All in all, it was a great meal!“

“I'll only be ordering from Mary Brown's whenever I crave fried chicken from now on. First of all, it's one of the few Canadian businesses that hasn't been bought out by an American parent company. Secondly, the service has been consistently good compared to KFC and Popeyes. If you order a 4-piece meal, it's one leg, one thigh, one wing, and one breast. Not once have they mixed up an order or forgotten an item. Unlike at Popeyes, where 8 out of 10 times they either forget an item or give you all thighs in a three-piece meal. “At Church's Chicken, we had our hearts set on trying the Mexicana sandwich, but when we saw the price, we realized our wallets weren't quite up to the challenge. Thankfully, the kind worker behind the counter was quick to offer us an alternative, suggesting the classic chicken sandwich instead. Believe it or Not I ate the sandwich without having anything to drink and I sure felt like a Dragon On Fire Afterwards! Lol. Furthermore, in order to get your sandwich, You had to register on TikTok or Instagram and I did it through TikTok in which I recently opened up my account just to get the Hot Chicken Sandwich! “Every time I come to this location at Parliament & Winchester it’s normally great service, my 2 main issues are the tables are normally not cleaned and garbage is sitting on the table tops and leftover food n sauces not cleaned every time I come on random days as well I am here today which is Oct 18,2024 there guy staff was nice but women behind the counter was rude when ordering I ordered a pop for my niece and before I could finish ordering she said out loud “that’s it all you want is a pop? Anything else?” I said YES actually I want the 12 piece combo with extra sides then she was sort of nice and I requested for extra napkins, and cutlery and a bag when waiting for our food it took longer than it should we ordered around 2:16 and did t get our food till after 2:45 as that was happening others who came after us got there orders. As well when she brought our food she forgotten a few things I’ve asked for so my niece went up to request again and as she was requesting them my niece had noticed the lady rolled her eyes and looked annoyed as my niece was polite used her manners .. I get everyone has there bad days but please don’t take it out on your customers it’s not cool. It’s all I ask. If this attitude continues I will report to head office but I figure I’ll sorta let it go but I had to write a review about it.“

“Honestly I am was not super familiar with Mary Browns until fairly recently as there just aren’t any as close to my home as Popeyes etc but have been trying to frequent this location more, especially for the Big Mary Monday deal.

The staff are always so friendly! The establishment is clean and tidy. Efficiency in all ways from what I can see.

It’s unfortunate that the parking can get tight because of the Starbucks. And the particular corner with all the turn in/out restrictions takes some driving math sometimes! lol

“Some of the best fried chicken I've had. The Al-Baik is injected with hot sauce, and the exterior is perfectly crispy and greasy (which I like) at the same time. Stays that way even if you don't have a chance to eat it right away. Very flavourful and always hits. Just wish they'd take phone orders, but they don't since they've have a few no-shows.
