“was a busy evening but staff attended to our party of 14 extremely well. we were not able to be seated all together but we were all close most of us were at the bar and Justin/Eva were our bartenders/servers. (Sir) Justin was more on our side of the bar. He was phenomenal. He was fun, attentive, made sure we all had everything we needed and he literally made our night. Would visit this location again. The hostesses were so friendly and welcoming. We were all very impressed“

“My first time there was 02/03/24. Nice place and definitely an adult crowd. A big shout to the DJ/Selector "Roots Fire Sound" Donson, who was fantastic. He had the vibes on lock with good music and shout-outs to the birthday people about five that night. The owner of the lounge, Sugar bird, took over from the DJ/Selector about 2 hours before closing, and why? He shut the vibes down. He needs to let the professional do the job from start to finish. There is also jerk chicken, chicken wings, soup, and other food, which I won't comment on because I didn't eat anything. There is also a $10 charge at the door.“

“This place is really a hidden gem with a great menu & great service! I recently visited Southside Johnny’s for a quiet night out, and I have to say, it did not disappoint! The atmosphere was laid-back, perfect for unwinding after a long day. But what really made it memorable was the food and service!! 10/10!!
If you’re a fan of hearty meal, you have to try their beef ribs !!! The loaded nachos were an ideal appetizer to start things off!! Crispy, cheesy, and loaded with toppings. Honestly, I could have eaten the nachos as a meal in itself! (Definitely more of a share!!)
What really made the night stand out, though, was the bartender. The brunette behind the bar was not only friendly and welcoming, but she had a fantastic sense of humor that really brightened up the quiet evening. Her service was spot on she was efficient, attentive, and genuinely fun to talk to. All in all, Southside Johnny’s hit all the right notes, and I’ll definitely be back. Whether you’re craving great food or just looking for a chill place to grab a drink, this spot is well worth a visit!“

Opens early at 1pm everyday for ur daytime drinking needs. ?

Friendly salt-of-the-earth crowd. It won't feel like Toronto when ur here, it's more like sitting in a small-town Ontario working class bar.

Hint: Fries here are to die for. ?

“It’s a dive bar and a great place to have a couple of drinks . $5 beers: don’t expect to eat here. Great patio and chill, relaxed environment. Local bar and definitely has a charm. I stop by whenever in the neighborhood. Friendly people once they realize you’re not a cop. Be respectful and you won’t have a problem. Mr. Lee is amazing.“
