We ordered the pork chili, steam momos, and the beef soup. Our favourite was the pork chili :D it had the perfect balance of crispiness and softness, it was so good!! not too spicy too :)) the amount of food we ordered was surprisingly cheap too!

“Good little korean restaurant serving fish and chips and burgers too! We had the Ddeokbokki with additional ramen noodles, cheese corn, and the small seasoned chicken.
The service was good, the owners were very friendly. Food is good and tasty. The only complaint I can think of is that there was no vegetables on the ddeokbokki like in the pictures. It would have been excellent with the green onions and red bell peppers.
They have a washroom at the basement too.“

“I’ve been wanting to eat fish and chips for a couple weeks now, and I’m finally able to today! Not only that, but I just ordered the BEST fish and chips I’ve had in a very long time! If you want old school style fish and chips, then come here because that’s exactly what I was looking for and Queensway Fish and Chips did not disappoint me! I’m going in to eat next time, though. “Good burger! Good food. Store is depressing and staff is lacking any customer service, they don’t talk, smile or reply to any questions (no small talk eat and leave haha). Other than that it’s good place to eat. Recommended and will go back.

“I usually go to another fish and chips place on the Queensway and I was very reluctant about trying somewhere new (the other place was closed Mondays). To my surprise the fish and chips here was very good! The orders are huge and the lady that was working was very very kind. I’d reccomend the half order of halibut and chips or shrimp and chips. The coleslaw is nice and creamy, the gravy and tartar sauce was spot on however I wasn’t crazy about the calamari. Overall very good, I’d definetly be back!“

“This is my go to fish and chips place in Mississauga. I usually order the Halibut and Chips and my boyfriend orders the Seafood Platter, both are always great.I love the batter which stays crispy even when delivery (I order through UberEats) is delayed. The chips are surprisingly good too. I’m not a fan of fries but I go to town on these with their yummy gravy. Highly recommend!“

“I ordered the fish burger combo. The fries are really good and crispy, much better than I expected. The fish burger was really nice, a little too much lettuce portion on it, but a very nice meal, and larger than I expected. Wait times are longer than expected. I was told 8 Minutes for my food and I waited almost 20 minutes, which is double the time than expected. I would have been ok with this is I was told a realistic time instead of a time that they just wanted me to hear which sounds good to me. The atmosphere of the place ain't too bad, pretty decent, will try again in the future.“

“An old style fish and chips selling several types of fish and seafood along with meat pies, chicken and of course French fries or chips. They serve a selection of canned and bottled soft drinks and also have a selection of beer.
We had the daily fish and chip special which included Haddock fish and chips plus your choice of creamy or oil and vinegar coleslaw along with a canned soft drink. The lunch came piping hot and perfectly cooked. The fish was flaky with a light batter and fries were golden brown and plentiful. Coleslaw was a generous portion as well. Service was prompt and friendly.

The owner Chaudhry saab has made significant improvements in regards to the quality and quantity of the fish served, the dining experience and the price of the food. The food was delicious, definitely reccomend to try out the pomfret fish curry with naan with family.

“Best fish and chips in Vaughan and as authentic as you can get in London, UK. The portions are generous and well priced at $22.99 (via UberEats) for 12oz Haddock, small chips, coleslaw, lemon twist, and fresh tartar sauce. The Haddock batter was thin and crispy, and fish was moist and tender. The chips aren’t crispy or seasoned, but they’re not supposed to be as is the case in England. Although chips are usually more lightly cooked, I prefer browned chips for more colour and flavour. The fish has all the crisp you need and it pairs well with soft chips. The vinegar based coleslaw was thinly sliced and adds great freshness. I appreciate the fresh lemon included, and malted vinegar and ketchup packets on the side. The fresh tartar sauce was great. It’s not too tangy, and I prefer that so you can add as much or little lemon/vinegar to taste.My only small criticism is maybe add more seasoning (salt) to the fish and/or fish batter. The fish and chips were a bit oily, and although I’d prefer it less oily, I know that’s a challenge without losing the crisp texture - it didn’t bother me much. Maybe a slightly higher temp and shorter cook time? However, the oil was fresh and no bitter taste (that comes in old or unfiltered oil) - I greatly appreciate that. You have to level set expectations when it comes to oil - you’re getting fish and chips, and not a salad.Overall, it was delicious and I highly recommend to anyone looking for great fish and chips, and definitely best in Vaughan (after having tried many). I called the store to let them know on a job well done. I had to give due respect and appreciation. I wish I had taken pictures, but I was much too hungry. Bottom line, get the Haddock.
