“Visit this place yesterday night around 9:30 while I was roaming around, I ordered one footlong BLT. I didn't want much vegetables but I wanted more sauces. So I asked the girl there to put more sauce and she did it happily. I really liked that because I've visited so many places but when we ask for more sauce employees started making their face. But that girl behaved so politely to me, really appreciate that. I'll visit this place again for sure .“

There was some glitch with my Subway coupon (buy 2 get 1 free), as the cash register didn’t recognize it. But not using the coupon didn’t sit well with me, as I went out of my way to come here so that I could use the coupon. It was a valid, legit coupon.
Once the two workers realized I wasn’t happy, they tried their best to fix the issue. They even got the owner of the franchise on the phone who is a very decent man and he authorized the deal.
The two ladies who work there were excellent. They were kind and helpful, and they made great subs. I can’t thank them enough, and also the owner. Solid guy who did the right thing.
Subway should be proud to be represented by good people like them. Riya and Shamayla? Sorry if I got the names wrong. They went out of their way to provide top-notch customer service and I would highly recommend them.“

“I went in the evening of April 5 2022. There were 2 guests in front of me. The first had a larger, specific order and it was made to her request. The next customer wanted a wrap, but how he was asking for topping requests, I could tell he was being difficult. He eventually left with no wrap out of frustration due to the look of the wrap after it was put together. The person working followed all protocols and informed that was how the wrap will look following said protocols. He was doing a great job in the matter. Excellent sandwich btw.“

A few months ago, I visited this Subway around 8:05 AM, expecting it to be open and ready for service as advertised (8:00 AM). Unfortunately, at that time, the staff was still cleaning, and I was asked to wait 15 minutes before placing an order. The toaster also needed another 10 minutes to heat up. It felt like the store wasn’t genuinely ready for customers, and I left quite disappointed.
Based on that experience, I left a critical review and didn’t intend to return.
However, I happened to stop by again recently—and to my surprise, the experience was noticeably better. The young woman at the counter—who I realized was the same person from last time—recognized me instantly. She took the initiative to call her manager without me saying a word. That gesture caught me off guard, in a good way. Honestly, I felt a little bad afterward because she clearly remembered the situation and wanted to make things right.
The manager came out, kindly asked if everything was okay now, and mentioned he had seen my review. He explained that it does take some time to get things up and running in the morning. While I still believe an 8 AM opening should mean being fully ready by that time, I genuinely appreciated their effort to acknowledge the feedback and follow up in person.
Also, credit where it’s due: the staff member who makes the subs was not only proactive and professional—but I’ll admit—she’s also pretty cute lol 😊
