“Best tim hortons in Fergus, most of the staff are very polite. The service is great! Tim hortons needs to bring back the ice cream scoop for the cream cheese, put more cream cheese on the bagels lol doesnt matter what one I go to there is never enough.“

“I love the mobile ordering cuz you can go right into the Mobile Spot and pick up my coffee but at this location every time I went there I've had to ask and wait in line for my coffee. I suffer from anxiety and a I have to tie my dog up outside. So what is the purpose of a mobile order line if there's not going to be use properly by the staff“

“The young ladies that work behind the counter at this location do an amazing job. Their service is incredible and they do their best in a relatively high stress. Why is their job high stress, because us Canadians continue to belittle, insult and overall act like complete embarrassments to these hard working women. I visited this location almost daily and the service I get is perfect yet the Canadian customer continue to treat these workers like dirt. Shame on you guys. I just witnessed a Karen bring a worker to tears over an issue that had nothing to do her. This is so sad to see happening often. I thought us Canadians were supposed to be kind and understand. Not the customers who visit this tims. Hats off to the workers here and I hope the owner knows just how good of job these ladies do!“
