“We come to the Next often and enjoy meeting our friends for Happy hour as well as dinner. The establishment has apparently purchased a winery. Our group was not a fan of this wine. We were more than happy to pay the regular price for wine of our liking, but we're told little or no other brands were stocked since the establishment bought this winery. We enjoy coming here but this will change people's decision to frequent the Next. Thanking you for taking the time to hear are concerns Mike“

“Great wings & pizza at this spot, but everything I've had from their kitchen has been tasty. They have 40 different flavors of chicken wings & 40 different flavors of pizza. What I love is they automatically bring you blue cheese with carrots & celery when you order wings, unlike many places nowadays... Fave Wings: plain with salt & pepper! Fave Pizza: The C-B-R pizza - pizza sauce, mozzarella, chicken, bacon, ranch, tomatoes & mushrooms. The staff is friendly, and it's usually a fun, local atmosphere. Bands often come in on the weekends, and you can be sure that "the big game" will be on their big screen TV.“

“I don’t usually give 5 stars out to chain restaurants but the Kelsey’s YMCA dr. I went for lunch with a girlfriend & we were so chatty bless our waitress. Even after the restaurant picked up she still was lovely with us not rushing us & definitely could read our table so well.
Quality of both my soup & sandwiches were fine nothing to rave about but for their price point was exactly what you would be expecting.
Would definitely recommend this location“

“Seen Merkules concert here. Amazing venue, great location, lots of parking. Security for the event was excellent. While the floors were extremely sticky, it is to be semi-expected as people were very careless with spilling drinks. overall, had an amazing time and will for sure return for other events.“

While I understand things can be busy, a hospitality based business should have staff that can manage and politely communicate to customers what delays they are facing, projected wait times, and give basic customer service.“
