“Came here to say how much of a blast I had on my birthday! The staff couldn’t have been any more cool or sweeter. Wish I got their names! Absolutely love that you guys use, “Flat 12 Mushrooms” because they are the best!! I’m usually not an experimental eater however I am more than happy I trusted the staff because now im addicted & want to try every thing they offer on their menu! 10/10 highly recommend, will DEFINITELY be coming again! *I came in for happy hour on 1/18/25“

“Staff was extremely nice, i loved the Korean beef taco they had, it was a combo of things i never thought id like as a taco but it was delicious, also had their brownie dessert which came with ice cream and a few other things on top that i could absolutely die for, great experience and vibe there, would recommend at least a visit and try. “We had such a relaxing evening hanging out at the bar. The restaurant is beautifully decorated! Joe, our bartender, was personable, attentive and makes a darn good old fashion. We chose to enjoy our meal at the bar and the food was delicious. We dined on the filet and scallop dinners. OUTSTANDING ! Highly recommend The Vault237! ⭐️“

“Been looking for good Mexican food since I came to the east coast from the west coast. This place has exceptional food and reasonable prices. My waitress was awsome. They have a huge outside sitting areas and even seen someone with their dog. The margaritas are delicious. Will definitely come back here.“

“Loved this business and location since I was a child, but I just wanted to say that a man who was working the window complimented my eyes tonight when I was clearly upset and had been crying, and I SO appreciate it because it’s exactly what I needed to hear. I was honestly shocked to hear that compliment because I was actually upset ABOUT my appearance, so it was such a sweet surprise and it truly made my night. Whether he was flirting or just being considerate doesn’t even matter, I was just happy to hear something positive about the way I look, and he was very respectful about it. Please keep hiring kind and considerate employees, they really do have the ability to change someone’s mood!“

“I'm hooked on this Mexican restaurant. The margaritas are the best in the city, the grub's quick and tasty, and their homemade hot sauce is ridiculous. The staff's also super knowledgeable and friendly, so it's a solid spot to take out-of-town guests who are hungry and thirsty.“

“I’ve been here many of times, the place is bumpin and the food is great. They are honest with the food and really care about the customers experience. Sitting outside is lovely on a warm day being inside can be overwhelming on a DJ night but overall is nice for young people. Birthdays here are next level and they give you a hat to wear and dessert to share. All and all 10/10 been coming back and gonna stay coming back“

“Been coming here forever (15+ years now probably) Genuinely surprised it’s not rated higher, for a (borderline) fast food place it has always met or exceeded my standards. There will be turnover, you may get a new worker occasionally, but overall I’d say I have a 98% positive experience when coming here. My order: 6” chicken finger sub, white bread, hot, lettuce tomato onion provolone cheese.“

“I've eaten at various Jim's locations for over 20 years. I understand the gripes over the lack of quality and consistency, even at the same location. I hadn't eaten at the Delaware site in years. We went to this Jim's (June 7, 2024) after being out near Buff State. I chose this one because it has a parking lot, unlike the tiny one at near Elmwood Jim's that everyone uses. The wait was minimal, and there were plenty of tables to accommodate everyone. I got the Jim's Hot Bleu, and it was the best one I've had in a long time. My friend got a steak and cheese sub. They, too, said it was fantastic. I attribute that to the staff. Why? Because whenever I get food that is subpar, from anywhere, I take into account the day, time, and if it's busy-which isn't an excuse for them. However, some places just have good staff that get the job done well despite staffing issues and if it's busy. Well done, Jim's Delaware staff! Btw I enjoy tipping at Jim's because they all say thank you.
Parking: Parking lot is in front of the building. As it's part of a larger plaza, parking can spill out into that lot of necessary.
Wheelchair accessibility: The door is flush with the sidewalk; no stairs or ramp needed. Handicapped parking is in front of the entrance.“

“I will drive the distance just to come to this location! Always polite customer service on the phone, in person and overall great customer service. They are hard-working and fast paced. My food is always tasty and fresh so I appreciate the people that make my food. I usually don’t leave reviews, but I felt the need to acknowledge their continuance of always having great service and great food. Thanks guys.“

“Nothing fancy but definitely delicious, it's a bit pricier than I'd hope with some options but overall it's not super expensive, far less so than ETS across the street and in my opinion far better in general. Staff have always been nice and helpful if needed, Food is well above fast food quality and while definitely not healthy food it's extremely delicious. It's also nice that hours go as late as they do. I wish there were more options for those with gluten related allergies and vegetarians but definitely well worth going to if those things don't affect you.

“Food was hot, delicious and plentiful. Prices are reasonable. The location was great for people watching. My only criticism is that they serve the sloppiest tacos anywhere. They don't drain the taco meat before slopping it on the tortilla so the juice gets everywhere.“

“Fast food joints usually rush stuff out and make a sloppy mess in the packaging. Today's lunch was so neatly packed that my gorditas preserved their integrity throughout each bite - whoever was working the lunch hour on May 27, 2024, you rock! Thanks for the best Taco Bell experience to date.“
