“It’s now my only go-to food truck. My favourite is the jerk chicken taco, the flavours are so well balanced. Hubby’s favourite is the Fish taco. Friendly staff, and I love the touch that they don’t make guests stand around, they deliver your food to the available picnic tables (when there’s seating available, they’re that busy at lunchtime) or to wherever you’re standing.“

“On average we get take out from Sula Wok once per week. We love the food and the vibe of the place. (Sula and her gang are also very nice to deal with). I really like the traditional Pad Thai. Recently, Sula asked that I try a slightly new version of the dish (apparently less fishy). Sula asked that I let her know if I liked it or not. While I thought the taste was a little different (maybe not as spicy or “fishy”), I still loved it and will be ordering it again.“

“Loved this place, came with my family and the service was amazing . The food was to die for. And they honestly were really amazing with my kids. I know it’s hard to take your family out sometimes and sometimes you share what you all have. But how they treated us so amazing with sharing the meal with my family of 4, and we only ordered 2 meals. And the waitress was so amazing because my kids really wanted tot try the ice cream but it wasn’t in the budget… but she saw how bad they wanted it and gave it to them on the house. I’m telling you now I will be coming here a lot more.“

This may seem like an odd thing to say, but it was really great that they made sure they rented an accessible portable washroom for their large market event. As I was sporting crutches (I recently broke my ankle), it was a total life saver that I didn’t need to take the stairs! Not sure if the port-a-potty is an “always” thing, but just the fact that they had it for their street market when so many folks wouldn’t even think of it made me grateful. Thank you for being the loveliest hosts! I’m not a coffee or tea drinker, but I’ll certainly tell all my friends about how kind the staff were!“

“It's also another North American diner still thankfully in existence. Large portions, a lot of potatoes and freshly brewed coffee need nothing else.
And best part is it's 24/7.
I only gave it a 4 star not 5 because of its fried stuff. Whoever is in charge of frying is just overdoing it. Form fries to taters everything is just a step away from getting burned.

We still get rave reviews to this day about the lemon cake with raspberry filling. As someone with a dairy allergy, I appreciate Thimble so much for making vegan cakes taste just as incredible as regular cakes. People are always shocked when they find out it’s vegan. “I love Paradise Poke and am a pretty regular customer but : the girl who prepared my meal today, which included handling my food directly with her gloved hands, turned around and punched in my order on the screen and then turned over the screen to me for me to complete my purchase so I also touched the screen. That made be uncomfortable. Touching my food and the screen that all of the customers also touch… what’s the point of wearing gloves? The person preparing food should not also be doing the cash.“
