“Loved this place, came with my family and the service was amazing . The food was to die for. And they honestly were really amazing with my kids. I know it’s hard to take your family out sometimes and sometimes you share what you all have. But how they treated us so amazing with sharing the meal with my family of 4, and we only ordered 2 meals. And the waitress was so amazing because my kids really wanted tot try the ice cream but it wasn’t in the budget… but she saw how bad they wanted it and gave it to them on the house. I’m telling you now I will be coming here a lot more.“

“On average we get take out from Sula Wok once per week. We love the food and the vibe of the place. (Sula and her gang are also very nice to deal with). I really like the traditional Pad Thai. Recently, Sula asked that I try a slightly new version of the dish (apparently less fishy). Sula asked that I let her know if I liked it or not. While I thought the taste was a little different (maybe not as spicy or “fishy”), I still loved it and will be ordering it again.“

“Solid diner. The poutine isn’t super heavy so you don’t feel bloated after. The poutine is a mushroom based gravy. The burger could be a bit more flavourful, but pretty decent anyway. Milkshake… YUM! I got a chocolate strawberry shake and it was really delicious. So full, but so good!“

“I've been coming here for 8 years. We come for burgers, chicken fingers, nachos and delicious spinach dip but my favourite are the breaded chicken wings. Update: Now obsessed with the steak stacker! Wing night is still Thursday (half price). If you're gluten free there is not much to choose from on the menu. Matt and Tony are fantastic servers. Every time we need a place to meet friends or family we always come here.“

This may seem like an odd thing to say, but it was really great that they made sure they rented an accessible portable washroom for their large market event. As I was sporting crutches (I recently broke my ankle), it was a total life saver that I didn’t need to take the stairs! Not sure if the port-a-potty is an “always” thing, but just the fact that they had it for their street market when so many folks wouldn’t even think of it made me grateful. “I love Paradise Poke and am a pretty regular customer but : the girl who prepared my meal today, which included handling my food directly with her gloved hands, turned around and punched in my order on the screen and then turned over the screen to me for me to complete my purchase so I also touched the screen. That made be uncomfortable. Touching my food and the screen that all of the customers also touch… what’s the point of wearing gloves? The person preparing food should not also be doing the cash.“
