“I have to say how thoroughly pleased I am with this particular location. It is the best location I have enjoyed so far in Guelph. The staff are always top shelf and truly professional. They are very friendly and helpful every time I walk in there. I never wait anymore than 5 minutes maximum even when they are super busy. This operation is kept very clean and organized. Also, I will say that their customer service skills are second to none. Literally. They are a very knowledgeable and cohesive team. They're always smiling and laughing as they achieve greatness on behalf of this location. I've been in the restaurant and hospitality industry for 42 years now, and this is the team I would want to work for me. Well done everyone, I'm proud of you. As a side note, I'm in their location at least 3 days a week, because I love the level of service, I've come to know and get everytime I walk in the door. Thank you so much for being here.
