The staff are kind and helpful, and take care to notice if their patrons are okay (and in my experience, will do what they can to assist if you aren’t). “went to this establishment with my wife while I played in a league. I ordered my drinks, of course using my manners. After both of us ordering drink as well as many others, I had received my drink and many others, while my wife's drink had not. I went up to politely ask about my wife's drink taking so long. They said it was coming. Then right after that I was confronted by a different waitress stating that I was rude, literally signaling me in front of a crowd saying that I was rude. Neither of us have been to this establishment before and within 20 minutes were told we were being rude. I did not realize that using manners and asking for my drink was being rude. Even all the other patrons could not understand what I had done. I found this to be VERY offensive to both me and my wife. Don't judge people by how others act, especially for a patrons first visit. Maybe finding some nicer staff would be nice, maybe someone to appreciate the customers that come in to your establishment, there are many other places to spend my hard earned money because obviously they don't want it.“
