I work next door and eat at this Subway a few times a week. The service is always excellent, and the food is consistently fresh. Today, I had a special request—my daughter has a presentation for her business class, similar to a Shark Tank pitch, and she chose Subway as her business to promote. We needed some Subway swag, so I came over and spoke with the manager. They kindly reached out to the owner, and shortly after, I received a call saying to come over—they had some items for my daughter.
A huge thank you to the owner for approving this, and to all the staff for being so helpful and accommodating! We truly appreciate it, and we’ll be sure to update you on how her presentation goes.

“I love that they have GF buns (although it's up to us to do our own research on what meat has gluten). The buns aren't great (they disintegrate while you're earing them so there is no way to get a sub in the morning and it still be a sub at lunch), but better than nothing. I appreciate the care taken (new gloves, wipe down surface...) when they prepare the food for celiac/GF people“
“Very updated interior. Employee was very friendly and spoke slowly. Suggested toppings he recommended. I frequent this location. Prices are much higher than they used to be but that's everything now adays. Subs are between $12-16 each. Will return when out and hungry!“

She is so quick and easy going.
The best part was the speed of service - my sandwich was made quickly and efficiently. I also appreciated the wide variety of fresh vegetables available. The restaurant itself was clean, but the seating area was a bit cramped. Overall, it was a great experience.“
“I eat here very often. I spend an hour in the store for lunch. The staff are so friendly. I've never had a bad order. They keep the store very clean and have always delivered on time. These folks are so nice, they have gone above and beyond for me when they didn't have to. I have nothing but positive things to say about this location ❤️“
“Listen, it's Subway. Not a 5 star restaurant. Subs prices have increased with inflation but it is what it is. About $15 for a well dressed sub. They have rice bowls and wraps as well. Updated store interior is quiet nice. Never had an issue with a bad order or unpleasant employee. There open until 10 pm if your hungry late. Always my go if I'm hungry at night.“

I always buy the Veggie Wrap and the owners put good quantity of veggies etc.They have been there operating for years and in downtown guelph there can be challenging customers at times and appreciate the owners resilience and maintaining this location.Order the items most popular as the movement will ensure fresher buns/breads/wraps etc.“
“This location is the best!!! The hours are super convenient for someone like myself who works mostly into the night. The subs are awesome and their ability to maintain such high standards while still making their guests happy is incredible. The employees, specially Kashyap, are super friendly and accommodating even when I come 10 minutes before close. There is no other place I would rather go to get late night food than this exact subway location. Awesome job, woop woop!!“
