“From the discussion to placing an large order of food, to the friendliness of the staff at the store, it was an extremely pleasant experience. The staff even helped me bring the food out to my car and help pack it with me. Rarely do you see this type of service anymore.
The food was AMAZING, no complaints about anything. I will be ordering from here much more often!!!

“This is a great location with good food and drink. We have come a couple times, but this time we were impressed by the service. When our food wasn’t prepared properly, they made us another pizza for free, as well as replacing a spilled drink. We were very impressed.“

“Heather’s Bakery is an adorable little spot in Georgetown that’s definitely worth visiting. They offer a great variety of homemade goods, like cookies that aren’t overly sweet — just the perfect homemade taste that feels authentic and delicious. The peanut butter cookies and the Florentine were both fantastic.
There’s also a nice selection of pies, quiches, and even fresh pizza dough available. Plus, they offer plenty of cakes, fresh sandwiches, and wraps at very affordable prices. The drink menu is also quite extensive.
Although no pictures were taken of the food, everything was fresh and delicious. If you’re visiting Georgetown, make sure to stop by this charming bakery — and the quaint street it’s located on adds even more to its charm!“

“Not well-stocked. Always out of something. Went to get a couple of chocolate chunk cookies and a chocolate after a hockey game for my grandson. Not only were they out of chocolate chunk, they had no cookies at all. This has happened 3 times in a row now. Went there for breakfast at 9am on a Saturday and found they were out of of several breakfast items. Service is OK but not great.“

“The bright warm yellow decor caught our eye while shopping at the Toronto Outlets. The store was very busy.
They had a lot of choices for sweet and savoury patries. When you walk in, you pick up a yellow tray and a set of tongues as this is a self serve bakery. They had a large box of liners to put down on the tray which is good! Once you make your way to the front to pay you can then ask for a takeout bag if needed.
Our pastries were absolutely delicious!!! We noticed that they refilled the displays quickly. You could see the staff in the back room hard at work making all the pastries.
We would have taken more to bring home but didn’t.
The only negative vibe I got from visiting this lovely bakery is that much of their food is displayed on trays with no cover. Of course, we understand this is an important part of the self serve experience, however, in a busy place like the Toronto Outlet Mall, there were way too many kids and adults around the food, it really didn’t feel very sanitary 😕“
