Loved that there was not an excessive amount of butter as I have experienced elsewhere.

Bread could be a touch fresher or maybe it was just the bum end of the bun.

With everything that the restaurant industry has been through this year, I went in there today with my daughter for a drink and some cookies. They were so friendly and said they wanted to give my daughter her treat for free. I have been fortunate enough to have not lost my job or taken a pay cut this year. “Recently moved over to the area and was interested in Mega Subs so I’ve gone a few times to try different things. Personally I’ve never had anything here that’s been bad, all of the food has been delicious, additionally the price point reflects a lot of places now a days so I don’t find it wildly expensive as some people have stated.

More specifically I will say that their Pulled Pork Poutine is definitely a star on the menu. It’s always FILLED with cheese gravy and pork, which is shocking considering most establishments will skimp out on pulled pork. I’ve also had subs (turkey/philly cheese steak) and Deep fried dill pickles which were also amazing. Truthfully they’re a hidden gem and a little sad I didn’t make the trip to them when I lived a bit further away.

The atmosphere in the shop feels very local, and honestly in a time of pure corporate business it’s nice to see real people behind the counter instead of worker drones. The shop is clean, and has a charm to it. I’ve always been greeted by the workers and feel welcome everytime I order or pickup.“

I always get a chicken ceasar pita and a chocolate banana smoothie, and they have never failed me. Always made correctly and well packed. There are tables and chairs inside, which makes it comfortable to sit and eat, and there is also a washroom available. When I visited, there was not much of a lineup, which was a plus.

The ingredients selection did feel a bit more limited than I remembered from past visits, and the pace of service could have been a little faster. Gurleen made my subs today and she was friendly, attentive, and listened carefully to how I wanted everything prepared. She made the subs exactly the way I asked and, most importantly, she did not skimp on the veggies. That is one of the main reasons I enjoy going to Subway, and she delivered on quality.
I am giving 4 stars only because the prices have gone up, and consistency can be an issue at times. Too often the subs are not made with the amount of vegetables requested, which is frustrating when you are paying more. Today I felt happy and honestly a bit lucky to have someone who understands that quality should match the price.

The service was not only better than the other locations but absolutely hands down best service I’ve ever received at a sub shop or any fast food establishment. I thought the first few times I was just getting them on a good day but now I see this is their norm here and the reason I will continue to travel to this location. Sub made perfectly! Not rushed, actually care how the customer likes their sandwich by asking one strip or two for mustard etc. fresh and delicious!“
