“This is usually my favorite chip truck. Not sure what happened but today's poutine was not as good as the others. 9.5/10 times it's amazing and delicious but today was the .5 where it was wrong. The fries were alright, gravy had hardly any flavour (there was also hardly any gravy on the poutine at all), but the squeaky cheese was delicious! Today poutine was probably a 6/10 when usually it's a 12/10. I still recommend you going and trying their food though.“

“We had the best birria tacos we’ve ever had at this cozy Mexican owned restaurant, we’ve been to a lot of the viral birria taco spots in Toronto but nothing hit more than this one!! It’s light and, flavourful and keeps true to the traditional birria taco flavouring. A lot of places over complicate the birria tacos but these birria tacos were so light and not overpowering but yet tasted so amazing and sooo hearty. The best part too is that it’s cheaper than all of the other spots in Toronto, the owner is so sweet and you can tell he puts love into the food he makes, it means a lot to support a small owned business whose love and culture reflects in the food!!“

“It's worth driving to the nearest Chik-fil-A to get a delicious chicken meal. The service is great whether drive through or eat in- where your food is brought to your table. There's even flowers on some tables for a great accent. I enjoyed the deluxe chicken with waffle fries and a chocolate shake that came with whipped cream and a cherry on top!“

“How is it possible, for the Tim Hortons and McDonald's 1 minute away from this dairy Queen, allowed to breath the same air as this dairy Queen. Not only do they make every order right, but they manage to make full blown meals faster than I can get a grilled cheese from Tims. They are friendly, and efficient. “Don't buy anything from the Mary Browns in Oshawa at King St and Gibbons St. just north of the Oshawa Shopping Center. The past owner were of Asian nationality and the Chicken quality was top notch, and really fresh and hot. The new owners are east Indian nationality. Now, every piece of chicken has broken bones and blood throughout the meat. And it's not cooked properly, and soggy. Smells like the cooking oil was old as well. The staff was uninterested in working there, very sad employees.“

“I recently visited Church’s Texas Chicken on Wednesday, October 7, 2025, and had a fantastic experience. The place easily deserves 5 out of 5 stars!

“Went in on Friday as a first timer ! The food was amazing honestly will never go to another sub shop again! The staff were so friendly and were working their tails off! As someone who has work in the food industry for YEARS they we’re definitely feeling the push of a rush! Was told by the sweetest young lady that one of their manager was in the hospital :( . “First time going to this Harvey’s and let me tell you, it’s been about 5 years since I’ve been to one and it did not disappoint. Had two bacon and ketchup hot dogs and saved the other fries for my dad. The people there were really nice to give me a bag to go but on top of that they added napkins in there and I didn’t think of that so fantastic above and beyond service here. “Since I moved away from Taunton road East, I've ordered delivery a few times from Uber and such. I've noticed a huge difference in the quality of the Big Mary sandwich. Apparently the Taunton road location changed to this one and their sandwiches were so good. Always tasty and juicy never greasy. The last few times I ordered from different locations, Unaware and the sandwich was very dry and even seemed smaller. Next time I order I'm paying better attention.
I just hope this location is indeed the one previously owned and located on Taunton, East and Simcoe.“

“I love Hanc's Fries. Long time staple of my old home town for probably 50 years of changes of venue and chip trucks/trailer but they have always been the best fries around to be found though mine are pretty awesome too. The Hanc's were a few doors down from my growing up and I'm proud of having been a tiny part of the history of these historically well known and appreciated fries and family now there's more great food available and not just their awesome fries. Go check them out if your looking for a French fry truck while out travelling or don't feel like cooking, you won't be disappointed.“

“Clean and adorable place. I had the chicken sesame bowl with chicken and tofu. The service was friendly and the food was super fresh and really well put together.

Freshii serves the processed chicken which is my only complaint for this restaurant, but I get why it works for their business model because it probably keeps cost low and then they also don’t have to be grilling chicken so they don’t need a grill set up etc, but I wish there was a way freshii could use the real chicken instead of the processed one.

With all that being said, freshii is underrated and it’s a great place to get access to vegetables when you’re on the go. This location was particularly pretty looking and very clean and well kept. Thank You!!“

“Normally, I tend to be critical in my reviews, but this time, I was truly impressed by the outstanding service! The young man working at the counter, I believe his name is Arsh or Aksash (apologies if I got it wrong), provided excellent service and the best customer experience.
This was my second visit to this location but my first time meeting him. He was quick, efficient, and handled the food with great care. I just wanted to say thank you , keep up the fantastic work!
