“Tam the hostess was great. Our server Lea was great. The prime rib was the best I’ve had in years. Calamari was cooked perfectly, delicious. Milestones has took a turn for the better over the last few years. Cheers to the cooks who are doing an amazing job!“
“We had a group of 11 so we were charged a 20% auto gratuity. The service we received was not worth 20% gratuity! We were waiting to order our meals while our waitress was behind the bar socializing with 2 others. A member of our group waived a couple of times at the waitress and she finally came to take our orders. The automatic charge of 20% is the price after tax which is actually a 22.6% above the price of the meals. I take objection to having a 20% "gratuity", This becomes a "compulsary " surcharge and the service we received was certainly not representative of the charge!“

“We had a reservation at 7:00 pm booked a week out and got to the restaurant ten minutes before. We were with my elderly parents and checked in with the hostess who said they were just cleaning off a table. Fifteen minutes later we checked in again and another hostess said they were now trying to FIND us a table. All this while many other guests coming in after us were being seated. I'd understand if we were a walk-in, but we had a reso. Finally close to 7:30 after asking what appeared to be a manager, we finally sat down. The hostess who kept rolling her eyes then proceeded to slam the menus down on the table and walk away. I was really surprised as I regularly go to many different Keg locations and have never been shocked by the service. Our server definitely made up for it, as she was super lovely and saved the night for us. I've worked in the restaurant industry for many years, so I try to be more understanding but I couldn't believe how the hostesses handled that situation, not to mention the attitude and not even close to a "I'm sorry for the wait." The front of house staff at this location definitely need a brush up on their customer service.“

“I just had the jumbo shrimp ( with quinoa, rice and roasted vegetables) meal from the Valentine Special Menu. Please Milestones put this on the regular menu. It was the best shrimp meal I've ever tasted. I'd change my rating to 5 stars if this meal is added to the regular menu. Also the waitress was lovely, even after we asked her twice to take our group valentine photo.“

“I went to the Brew Table with my husband for dinner for the second night in a row. Our server Verenique was amazing and gave us a warm welcome back. Going with her recommendations, we ended up eating two of the best meals we have had at a restaurant. We highly recommend The Brew Table to anyone who finds themselves in the Ottawa region. Thank you for a lovely meal and evening. We will definitely be back another night to sample their sweet deserts.“
“I ordered the Thai dish with shrimps and noodles. The shrimps were grossly over cooked, and the noodles were from an instant package and had the flavor of cardboard. The dish was barely lukewarm. The coca cola was flat and tasteless. The dessert, however was magnificent, - strips of cinnamon coated cake with ice cream and lots of butterscotch syrup drizzled over it. Yummy.“
