I don't think I have ever gotten my entire order when going through the drive thru at this location. Just today, I ordered 2 egg Mcmuffins and two hashbrowns...Of course I only got one Mcmuffin. I even made it very clear at the window how much of each thing I wanted. It's almost like the staff stockpile our "missing" items for their own lunches. The worst thing is there is no good way to remedy the missing item, my word against theirs.
Honestly, this place has an ok atmosphere and pretty addicting food, but they usually get at least 1 thing wrong with your order and the food is only addicting because it's all fake.

You offer the option of “extra” x 1 x 2 or x 3. I pick extra pickles x3 requested. It comes with the standard TWO pickles and you add ONE extra pickle on the option extra x3. That is not what your customer asked for therefore you are making their order incorrectly. If you can’t add the appropriate number don’t offer the option. Oh and my “large” fry was half empty. The fries didn’t even protrude over the opening. You couldn’t even see them in the box.
