KFC in Kitchener

“Brilliant dine in atmosphere to begin with. The store is well organized and the staff were friendly. The chicken was incredible, perfectly cooked, evenly breaded and crispy. I will recommed this store if you love the authentic taste of KFC.“

“Usually have no issue with this place. I mean it's a taco bell/KFC, you get what you pay for. But just remind your employees that sitting in the counters you place the food while waiting to bag the rest is a tiny bit unhygienic. My part timers in my fast food job would never be caught doing that“

“This location has definitely stepped it up. Had a few bad experiences here before.. but cant get rid of that KFC itch so I gave this location another shot. Staff member Pooja has excellent customer service skill.. was created with a smile.. I ordered extra sauce on the side and she noticed there wasn't enough sauce in the cups.. so she sent them back and made sure they were full.. not a big deal to most but makes a big difference when you go home with full cups of sauce lol Great job to the rest of the staff as well! Food came out fast, fresh and hot. Keep up the great work!“
