“I go here some Monday and Friday mornings for coffee. The staff are so nice, and both my iced and hot coffees are pretty consistently made! The drive thru line up at 8am is pretty short so I rarely have to wait long! I will for sure keep coming here for my morning coffees :)“
“This location is pretty decent. Never particularly quick, even by Mc.Donalds standards, but the food is generally what you expect and rarely have gotten it incorrect or in a messy state. Inside is 50/50 whether its clean or kinda gross, but to be expected tbh.“
“Morning crew very friendly. A couple times I did have an issue with my order. Got double charged once , said the mobile order didn't go thru but it did and paid again when I picked up. Another time I got someone else's coffee. But majority of the time everything goes smoothly.“
“The manager Johnny is always super positive and friendly. He always asks me how my meal is and makes sure that I have a great experience. I haven’t seen him this week, but it seems that I’ve gotten the same great customer service even without him being there. That is the sign of great management!“
“Great place especially if you have a little one. The only downfall is they dont put a limit on some of their condiments which dont get me wrong they never use to either but NOW they have a limit. Say you press 5 ketchup packets, they will end up telling you, your only aloud 3. Atleast put a limit so the people arnt expecting more.“
“ETA Summer 2025: I have noticed in the last year or two, especially, that this location truly puts in the effort at drive-thru. We have not had the same issues as in my original post, and the drive-thru does seem to be on top of orders when we visit. Not super happy about prices, but what're you going to do. We just eat here less often.
2020: Drive-thru is always slower than anything. Getting our food right vs not is about 50/50, always have to check the bag.“
“Anisha went above and beyond and rectified a situation that was created by DoorDash when they failed to provide what was ordered and gave cold food and dumped drinks. She offered to replace the order at no cost to me and stated that it wasn’t their first complaint about DoorDash but they would fix it and still give a refund“
“Been a while since I had a McD’s and was running late doing my errands so I went inside this location as the drive thru was busy. I ordered using the self serve App but the computer must have been having a bad day as it rejected my transaction not once but twice so I figured I’d just leave and go to Wendy’s down the road and use another card as it’s possible that my card was faulty. As I was pulling out, the drive thru was empty by this time so I decided to order thru here and try my luck with another payment card as the first one was declined twice inside. Ordered my Big Mac combo and the bill was $13.44 not bad but when I checked my bank App, I was actually billed not once but twice while inside. I quickly explained this to Shenejah ( I hope I spelled her name correctly) on the drive thru window and she was very apologetic and gave me my refund and a service with a smile. The place was so busy this day and a lot of customers are whining and complaining due to the wait etc. but we all need to understand that certain situations are beyond their control like staffing etc.Anyways, kudos to all the workers here that tries to smile and provide service to us all.“
“Had a really commendable experience at this Mcdonalds. I had an air inflation situation where it was out of pocket a fair bit of change with no reimbursement. I wanted to grab an ice coffee with the spare change that was eaten up without an out of order sign to prevent the next upset person. As I await for CAA services, Angie was kind enough to ease some of burden of waiting by providing an ice coffee on the house as I having a bad day that turned around with an admirable effort. Thanks Angie, I'll never forget your efforts and compassion towards this experience, means so much.“
