“This Mc Donalds has always kins people serving and they are always quick at the drive through. They manage well the cars that need to wait a bit more by asking them to park out of the way to let others go through. Ita a well oiled machine.

My orders were always accurate only they are often shy on the portion of fries.

All with all the location is ideal close to 401 and on a major road as well and yet they handle the rushes well. Well done !“

“The order-taking crew, especially Sahil, was extremely polite and handled my order within just two minutes. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the food service was quick and well-organized. Sahil and the other employees showed excellent behaviour and made the entire experience very pleasant. I also appreciated the discount offered at the drive-through. “Generally from one McDonald's to the next things are pretty consistent in terms of the food, at least I thought. Ordered a Grilled Chicken sandwich, and it was gross and look like it had been burnt a little. Zero flavour. Everything else tasted okay, fries were hot, and the rest of the food I ordered was decent. But honestly likely won't go back to this particular location, I've seen the quality go down for years and that was kinda it for me.“

“Lately I've been having a much better experience purchasing at this Walmart location over other franchise locations, and tonight was a great example of that. Connie (I believe her name was) and Willie were very kind, welcoming and prompt with service. I'll definitely come back because of service like that. Keep it up!“

“Morning crew very friendly. A couple times I did have an issue with my order. Got double charged once , said the mobile order didn't go thru but it did and paid again when I picked up. Another time I got someone else's coffee. But majority of the time everything goes smoothly.“

“ETA Summer 2025: I have noticed in the last year or two, especially, that this location truly puts in the effort at drive-thru. We have not had the same issues as in my original post, and the drive-thru does seem to be on top of orders when we visit. Not super happy about prices, but what're you going to do. We just eat here less often.

2020: Drive-thru is always slower than anything. Getting our food right vs not is about 50/50, always have to check the bag.“

“I want to throw out a big thank you to the two young ladies working drive thru on 02/24/2026 @ 3:30pm. They made a mistake, due to the speaker system, but at the end they made it right, even with my annoyed demeanour. “This is my favourite McDonalds location to go to. I go through the drive-thru most of time. They are always super friendly, they always ask about my code to ensure I’m getting points with each order (if they didn’t ask I would probably forget), they always get my order right (I customize every burger and item I order so getting it right is actually difficult and I swear getting what you actually order at McDonalds is unheard of), my food is always hot and fresh. Every once in awhile I have to be pulled into a parking spot so they can make my food fresh but I would always rather wait and get fresh food. I also think the point system provides good value compared to other restaurants loyalty programs. Overall this location provides great service, and fresh food. Everytime I go to another location I regret it and shows me how superior the Victoria St McDonalds is, the employees are A++“

“Been a while since I had a McD’s and was running late doing my errands so I went inside this location as the drive thru was busy. I ordered using the self serve App but the computer must have been having a bad day as it rejected my transaction not once but twice so I figured I’d just leave and go to Wendy’s down the road and use another card as it’s possible that my card was faulty. As I was pulling out, the drive thru was empty by this time so I decided to order thru here and try my luck with another payment card as the first one was declined twice inside. Ordered my Big Mac combo and the bill was $13.44 not bad but when I checked my bank App, I was actually billed not once but twice while inside. I quickly explained this to Shenejah ( I hope I spelled her name correctly) on the drive thru window and she was very apologetic and gave me my refund and a service with a smile. The place was so busy this day and a lot of customers are whining and complaining due to the wait etc. but we all need to understand that certain situations are beyond their control like staffing etc.Anyways, kudos to all the workers here that tries to smile and provide service to us all.“
