I found their bun at King Street Pantry along with their baguette and was blown away. They have mastered sour dough on a level awards should be handed out. “Plant No. 01 is our go-to. Every weekend, we look forward to the specials they have. The staff are always so friendly and sweet. On one occasion, they had a very busy day and a pipe burst in the kitchen. We stopped by that same day, and (we did not know the chaos the staff had endured that day), and still, they were so accommodating. We ordered a handful of things, two of those things being some of their delicious peanut butter cookies. When we got home, there were no cookies in the bag! We assumed this was probably because of how crazy it was, and we were all chatting, so these things happen. We messaged them when we realized, and they had a quick response saying no worries, next time we come in, there will be cookies for us! Fast forward a month, and we finally got the chance to stop by.
