Starbucks in London

“Jason Jason Jason…the manager here is the most caring barista I have yet to meet. He works from his heart and works as if someone is watching him. Came in today to find him cleaning the glass of the door entrance. Literally the man who keeps me coming back to this location. Starbucks, promote this man!!“

“One of the few remaining Starbucks locations that didn't sell the tables and chairs to prevent people from socializing in London. Fantastic staff that greet and remember who you are before you respond. The drink mixes are consistent and thus keep me returning. This is one of my top favorite Starbucks locations out of 30+ that I frequent.“

“The employees at this location are truly amazing! Placed an order, got it out to my car and had it spill everywhere, when I went back in to grab napkins they offered to make me a new one. There was no hesitation or even asking, they just did it. They even brought me dish clothes out to my car so I could clean up the mess better! Thank you everyone!!“

“I’ve worked a few hours from this location today and last week, due to tech issues at my home. All of the breakfast and lunch items I’ve tried so far were great. The store and washrooms are tidy; service is good. It seems like a super popular location for high school break times! My only suggestion is to turn the music down a bit… it’s a little noisy inside.“

“I normally wouldn’t review a big chain brand, however this Starbucks sticks out to me, not because of their menu, but because of the atmosphere while I was in today. Not only was the staff friendly and easy to work with prepping my order timely, and the music was playing an artist not many know of, but is a staple in my family. Overall just a lovely experience.“

“My brother and I stopped by while we were in Loblaws. The single worker was chipper and got us our orders quickly. Our drinks were hot and well-made, although I think their prices are a bit too high. The sitting area was clean, however, it wasn't the coziest. Being in a grocery store and all.

Parking: This Starbucks is part of Loblaws, so the Loblaws parking lot would be your ideal option.“

“Beautiful layout, but difficult intersection for drivers. Only way in is when your going North on wonderland or West on Commissioner Rd, but that being said, it's still a 5-star location. It's huge on the inside wou big floor to ceiling windows. Super comfy lounge chairs and tables and bar tables for laptop working days.“

When I went they were sold out of almost all the food options and several of the drinks. But the staff were very friendly and offered some alternatives.

Parking: Paid parking in the lot to the northwest“

“My go to starbucks! All the workers are soo amazing and so kind! I look forward to coming here every morning to grab a coffee and say Hello to all of them! Shout out to Tyler for setting such a friendly environment everyday! My Vanilla ice coffee is ALWAYS perfect! (Thank you Kim!)“

“The workers are always nice. This isn't even the closest Starbucks to me, but I get my drink from here because they're always great. And today I got a Christmas cat sticker and it made me stupidly happy lol.

Vegetarian options: They have vegan options too and everything vegan/vegetarian is labelled

“I've never actually been to Starbucks but the fellow behind the till was very pleasant when I asked if they had hot chocolate. He described it perfectly so I got a large and a pastry, both were excellent and the price was more than respectable for the quality. Servers were excellent as well. I don't have a Starbucks in my area but will continue to visit this one when in Masonville.“

“The staff is always friendly and welcoming. They even remember me after months away, which is a nice touch. The coffee is decent, and it’s a reliable spot for a quick drink or snack.

However, there are a few downsides. The wait can be a bit long during busy times, so adding an extra barista might help. The removal of seating during COVID hasn’t been reversed, even though there’s space for it. This takes away from the cozy cafe feel Starbucks is known for.

Another issue is the blocked-off bathroom, which seems to be used for storage. It doesn’t make sense for a cafe to lack restroom access, and reopening it would be a big improvement.

Overall, I enjoy coming here thanks to the great staff and consistent drinks, but bringing back seating and bathroom access would make it feel more inviting.“

“I just had the pleasure of being served here and meeting their new incredible staff!!! Hands down THE BEST Starbucks in town. Such an amazing atmosphere and incredible hours, 7-7 makes it so easy to grab a drink both before and after classes, or for a late night study sesh! I can’t wait to come back.“

“Always drop in here on my way to the office once a week. Staff no matter what time it is are always happy and cheerful! I mean I grab coffee at 6am so yeah they are very welcoming and super nice. Coffee always tastes amazing and just so fresh! Thank you for the great coffee and service!“

“It's nice enough, the staff are great 5 stars. I tried one of the snowmen sugar cookies and had a chai latte. Both were really good. I go to Starbucks maybe once or twice per year so I don't have much to compare. The washroom was clean for a public place. This location is quite small so I assume during busy times it's tough to get a seat, but it has a drive through so it's great if you're grabbing something to go. Good experience, thanks!“

“There was a 12 min wait on the drive through and my husband requested (for me) a double shot of espresso with foam and a pump of sf syrup. The attendant asked if he wanted a Macchiato dry. Not being a coffee person he said he didn't understand that. The attendant was super sweet and took the time to explain what it meant and how to say it for others to understand, so he could order the perfect cuppa for me anytime. That was a super sweet experience and made the wait worth it. Thoughtful service levels like these are small pleasures that leave an impact and build up over time. Love to those who give a 100% to their job.“
