“One of the few remaining Starbucks locations that didn't sell the tables and chairs to prevent people from socializing in London. Fantastic staff that greet and remember who you are before you respond. The drink mixes are consistent and thus keep me returning. This is one of my top favorite Starbucks locations out of 30+ that I frequent.“

“I come in here every morning for usually a coffee but sometimes a caramel ribbon crunch cuz he doesn't like to spoil themselves but this morning I accidentally dropped one and they replaced it for me which I was not expecting them to do it all actually caught me really off guard just want to say great place to come for coffee always a smiling face to see you in the morning which is nice and great coffee which is even better sincerely the lion“

“Starbucks is successful for a reason.Quality.It's unfortunate that there seems to be a phenomenon of tech captured zombies loitering here. I get seriously weirded out by groups of people who avoid eye contact and have their heads all hooked up to the data pirates' devices.Does anyone know how this mass capturing of the collective evolved?“

“The employees at this location are truly amazing! Placed an order, got it out to my car and had it spill everywhere, when I went back in to grab napkins they offered to make me a new one. There was no hesitation or even asking, they just did it. They even brought me dish clothes out to my car so I could clean up the mess better! Thank you everyone!!“

When I went they were sold out of almost all the food options and several of the drinks. But the staff were very friendly and offered some alternatives.

Parking: Paid parking in the lot to the northwest“

“My brother and I stopped by while we were in Loblaws. The single worker was chipper and got us our orders quickly. Our drinks were hot and well-made, although I think their prices are a bit too high. The sitting area was clean, however, it wasn't the coziest. Being in a grocery store and all.

Parking: This Starbucks is part of Loblaws, so the Loblaws parking lot would be your ideal option.“

“It's nice enough, the staff are great 5 stars. I tried one of the snowmen sugar cookies and had a chai latte. Both were really good. I go to Starbucks maybe once or twice per year so I don't have much to compare. The washroom was clean for a public place. This location is quite small so I assume during busy times it's tough to get a seat, but it has a drive through so it's great if you're grabbing something to go. Good experience, thanks!“

“The staff is always friendly and welcoming. They even remember me after months away, which is a nice touch. The coffee is decent, and it’s a reliable spot for a quick drink or snack.

However, there are a few downsides. The wait can be a bit long during busy times, so adding an extra barista might help. The removal of seating during COVID hasn’t been reversed, even though there’s space for it. This takes away from the cozy cafe feel Starbucks is known for.

Another issue is the blocked-off bathroom, which seems to be used for storage. It doesn’t make sense for a cafe to lack restroom access, and reopening it would be a big improvement.

Overall, I enjoy coming here thanks to the great staff and consistent drinks, but bringing back seating and bathroom access would make it feel more inviting.“

“I always go to this location after my therapy sessions, and I've never had any problems with my orders (occasionally though they hear grande when i say venti, but i just pretend that is the universe telling me I dont actually need that much caffeine) - they are always more than willing to correct any errors - even if it is the cx mistake- and staff is super friendly and helpful. Gotten many good coffee tips/recommendations as well and haven't been misguided yet“

“They work REALLY hard! AMAZING LATTES & this Starbucks was the first one to offer my dog a Puppucino when they heard him bark in the drive thru speaker lol (Whip cream in a cup obviously don't give my dog this everyday- but it is a nice free treat)I can come up with more positive than constructive feedback for Starbucks that's for sure! The staff there are really sweet at this location.(I do wish that the milk was the same price no matter which kind you order.)For people who say the drive thru is a long wait, I believe they are understaffed because of the pandemic- but they work so hard to make up for it... so I just don't go there if I don't have the time to wait incase it is busy.“

“The workers are always nice. This isn't even the closest Starbucks to me, but I get my drink from here because they're always great. And today I got a Christmas cat sticker and it made me stupidly happy lol.

“Always drop in here on my way to the office once a week. Staff no matter what time it is are always happy and cheerful! I mean I grab coffee at 6am so yeah they are very welcoming and super nice. Coffee always tastes amazing and just so fresh! Thank you for the great coffee and service!“

“There was a 12 min wait on the drive through and my husband requested (for me) a double shot of espresso with foam and a pump of sf syrup. The attendant asked if he wanted a Macchiato dry. Not being a coffee person he said he didn't understand that. The attendant was super sweet and took the time to explain what it meant and how to say it for others to understand, so he could order the perfect cuppa for me anytime. That was a super sweet experience and made the wait worth it. Thoughtful service levels like these are small pleasures that leave an impact and build up over time. Love to those who give a 100% to their job.“
