Starbucks in London

“I am a regular Starbucks at this location inside Indigo Book Store across from Masonville Mall. Even there is a couple mistakes that happen last month and this week. I will still give them a 5 Star as mistakes do happen including new employees who are recently started working at Starbucks. The staffs are nice and knows how I am feeling especially I am an avid drinker of caffeinated frappuccino or cold brew coffee. I buy and drink anything cold even during the Canadian winter months. Forgive their mistakes. I ordered an iced cold brew pumpkin spice latte last month; however, I ended up with the hot pumpkin spice latte on my mobile order Starbucks app. This week, I ordered a Chocolate Cream Protein Cold Brew in the Trenta size; which is the largest size on certain beverages. However, the barista give me a tall; which is the smallest size. I did not bother to complained or asked about their mistakes. It was on their mobile Starbucks app that is ordered. I spend a lot at Starbucks for the past few years, and even this 2025 year. If I am spending a lot. I should expect to have better service and comprehend the staffs to do their task right. When something is has to be done during an occupation. It has to be done right. By the way, I would appreciate those not to bring any Outside Food. I see someone before bringing a bowl of Chipotle into the Starbucks. If she is eating a bowl from Chipotle. Why doesn’t she eats her bowl at Chipotle while studying on her laptop. Just because you buy a product like a Starbucks drink from Starbucks does not mean you can also bring outside food to eat in their store. Consider the etiquette of outside food. Anything food or drinks that you buy from Starbucks should be allowed to be consume at Starbucks including sitting on their chairs and access to use their tables to study with your laptops. Eat your outside food at the mall’s food court inside Masonville Mall across the street even you do not buy food from the mall, or eat it elsewhere or at home beside eating it at Starbucks. If they are not buying food or drinks at Starbucks beside buying outside food or drinks. They can be elsewhere. Anyway, I do forgive their mistakes of the new employees. This is the best Starbucks I have gone too. It is done fast and proper ever ordered I come here. I will be back soon.

“I’ve been visiting this Starbucks location since I moved to London nearly four years ago, at a time when I didn’t know anyone in the city. From the very beginning, the team here created a sense of warmth and belonging that truly made a difference for me. No matter how your day is going, they consistently find a way to lift your spirits and make you feel seen.
The care and pride they take in their craft is evident in every beverage they make, and the authenticity of this crew is something you simply don’t come across often. I willingly drive 20 minutes just for the experience they provide. They are efficient, genuinely kind, and bring a positive energy that impacts customers daily. I truly can’t imagine starting my day without stopping here first.“

“One of the few remaining Starbucks locations that didn't sell the tables and chairs to prevent people from socializing in London. Fantastic staff that greet and remember who you are before you respond. The drink mixes are consistent and thus keep me returning. This is one of my top favorite Starbucks locations out of 30+ that I frequent.“

“Beautiful layout, but difficult intersection for drivers. Only way in is when your going North on wonderland or West on Commissioner Rd, but that being said, it's still a 5-star location. It's huge on the inside wou big floor to ceiling windows. Super comfy lounge chairs and tables and bar tables for laptop working days.“

“Been coming here for over two years and the staff are hands-down the best.
I went to order one day but my card wasn't working and I couldn't figure out why, so l gave up, sat down with my laptop, and worked for about an hour-just sipping on a free venti water.
Then a barista suddenly called my name. I was confused... until she handed me the drink I had tried to order earlier. She told me she saved my order and made it anyway on the house.
That level of kindness and attention is rare.
This place doesn't just serve coffee, it serves people.“

“I go here every day for my nitro cold brew today I went back in because the coffee tasted off and they literally changed the keg 3 times I felt bad and told them it's not that big of an issue but they insisted and made sure I got a proper tasting coffee service 10/10 the team at the location is made up of an all-star line up. Thanks guys your the best!“

When I went they were sold out of almost all the food options and several of the drinks. But the staff were very friendly and offered some alternatives.

Parking: Paid parking in the lot to the northwest“

“I am writing this review as a reply to the previous review by “Michi” for this store. I am a regular at this location and also have experience in customer service. I was in the cafe when you walked in and caused the incident.
This individual came in with a Shoppers bag, a receipt, and a $5 bill on the phone. The individual loudly said can I get change (still near the entrance and not at the register), one of the workers said in a nice tone “sorry we are unable to open our registers without a purchase”. As soon as this was communicated, the individual yelled something along the line of “I just needed change for the bus, I’m going to leave a Google review” and made gestures of taking pictures as she was outside the store.
As a regular and someone who worked in customer service, I understand things can happen but one shouldn’t weaponize these reviews as a method of threat by not getting things your way.
The individual you describe in the review didn’t even get to say a word, making your review even less relevant. As a regular, I would appreciate you taking down your review in which I will take mine down as well if you comply. And also, be mindful of the other people in the place who are just trying to have a nice morning with a cup of coffee.“

“I normally wouldn’t review a big chain brand, however this Starbucks sticks out to me, not because of their menu, but because of the atmosphere while I was in today. Not only was the staff friendly and easy to work with prepping my order timely, and the music was playing an artist not many know of, but is a staple in my family. Overall just a lovely experience.“

“My brother and I stopped by while we were in Loblaws. The single worker was chipper and got us our orders quickly. Our drinks were hot and well-made, although I think their prices are a bit too high. The sitting area was clean, however, it wasn't the coziest. Being in a grocery store and all.

Parking: This Starbucks is part of Loblaws, so the Loblaws parking lot would be your ideal option.“

“It's nice enough, the staff are great 5 stars. I tried one of the snowmen sugar cookies and had a chai latte. Both were really good. I go to Starbucks maybe once or twice per year so I don't have much to compare. The washroom was clean for a public place. This location is quite small so I assume during busy times it's tough to get a seat, but it has a drive through so it's great if you're grabbing something to go. Good experience, thanks!“

“I've never actually been to Starbucks but the fellow behind the till was very pleasant when I asked if they had hot chocolate. He described it perfectly so I got a large and a pastry, both were excellent and the price was more than respectable for the quality. Servers were excellent as well. I don't have a Starbucks in my area but will continue to visit this one when in Masonville.“

Such an amazing atmosphere and incredible hours, 7-7 makes it so easy to grab a drink both before and after classes, or for a late night study sesh! I can’t wait to come back.“

“The workers are always nice. This isn't even the closest Starbucks to me, but I get my drink from here because they're always great. And today I got a Christmas cat sticker and it made me stupidly happy lol.

“The staff is always friendly and welcoming. They even remember me after months away, which is a nice touch. The coffee is decent, and it’s a reliable spot for a quick drink or snack.

However, there are a few downsides. The wait can be a bit long during busy times, so adding an extra barista might help. The removal of seating during COVID hasn’t been reversed, even though there’s space for it. This takes away from the cozy cafe feel Starbucks is known for.

Another issue is the blocked-off bathroom, which seems to be used for storage. It doesn’t make sense for a cafe to lack restroom access, and reopening it would be a big improvement.

Overall, I enjoy coming here thanks to the great staff and consistent drinks, but bringing back seating and bathroom access would make it feel more inviting.“

“Always drop in here on my way to the office once a week. Staff no matter what time it is are always happy and cheerful! I mean I grab coffee at 6am so yeah they are very welcoming and super nice. Coffee always tastes amazing and just so fresh! Thank you for the great coffee and service!“

“I’ve worked a few hours from this location today and last week, due to tech issues at my home. All of the breakfast and lunch items I’ve tried so far were great. The store and washrooms are tidy; service is good. It seems like a super popular location for high school break times! My only suggestion is to turn the music down a bit… it’s a little noisy inside.“

“My sister-in-law's favourite place for a drink. She loves stabucks so much. Caramel Ribbon Crunch and Regular Caramel Flap are her favourites which she orders very often and they really taste so nice.
Their service is also top. Friendly and professional.
Would always recommend them.“
