“I am at this location and doing some work stuff. I had a mobile order to Starbucks Dundas St. instead this location by mistake. While I was waiting for my order, I asked the one of the employee (Kaydance) if she could help with me order, and then we noticed that the order was made to other location. Without even saying any single word, she had offered me to prepare for me a sandwich and the coffee even, she has gone above and beyond, made a service to table where I sit. I do not know even know how to explain this feeling, she has just made my day, Kaydance is absolutely a GORGEOUS person!“
“I showed her my qr code to collect the points (which was a special points today, more then the regular 1 point/$1) she didn't scan so I thought I needed to pay first. Went ahead to pay then showed her my code and she still didn't scan. If the scanner was broken or I missed the reasoning I would have appreciated an explanation. Normally I pay by a preloaded points card feeling rejected today but have a delicious cold brew ? so I'll get over missing my freebie today.“
