“It’s my usual Starbucks I go to. Love the coffee always everyone is always so nice. I just had an issue recently with myDrink, it wasn’t made right the first time but they adjusted it just fine and it was ok after. I went to my car and just decided this wasn’t exactly good and I really overthinked about it and just decided to come back in and get a new drink. The employee was super nice about it and the new drink I got was great!. However, I seen her point to me and I might’ve (might’ve!, I could’ve heard wrong) say “I hate this guy” to her co coworkers. I barely just saw the finger pointing it was just behind the espresso machine. that’s truly the reason why I’m giving it a 4 star, obviously I wasn’t supposed to see that or hear that and I can understand the frustration about the whole situation, we’re onlyHuman and yeah we have emotions and anger, just for that reason though I’m giving it a 4 star because regardless I was right there and it’s rude to talk about someone like that right in front of them, I get it can be frustrating sometimes and it’s totally reasonable to complain about someone just don’t do it when they’re still there that’s all. Other than that, this Starbucks is an absolute 10/10, service and the drinks are always 100% and the employees are always very nice and helpful with good attitudes. This Starbucks is very unique in that way, and is my favourite.“
“This Starbucks has quickly become my favourite place to grab coffee on campus. It's generally quieter/less busy than the UCC location and has more food options. The staff here are absolutely wonderful - so friendly and considerate and caring. They learn your name and your order, they ask how you are, and are genuinely lovely people to interact with (especially Sandy!).“

“It's nice enough, the staff are great 5 stars. I tried one of the snowmen sugar cookies and had a chai latte. Both were really good. I go to Starbucks maybe once or twice per year so I don't have much to compare. The washroom was clean for a public place. This location is quite small so I assume during busy times it's tough to get a seat, but it has a drive through so it's great if you're grabbing something to go. Good experience, thanks!“
“Today I ordered at this location and Steph made me my hot chocolate. I watched her handle multiple tasks at once while making my drink with care and a smile on her face. When handing me my perfect hot chocolate she told me she made it with “extra love” and she made my entire day. Steph deserves the world and she is not only doing fantastically in her position but also connecting with every customer in the store.“

“Tonio (Anthony) was SO kind and helpful! He really makes you feel special and always greets you with a smile ☺️ I couldn't load an offer on my phone through the Starbucks app, but he was still able to help me get what I requested and offered an additional deal! What an angel! Nihiarika was very sweet as well ☺️ The drinks were made perfectly ?? I got an Iced Passion Tango Tea made with Lemonade on the left, Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade Refresher on the right, as well as a cake pop. ? ? What a great highlight to my day! ?“
“Always drop in here on my way to the office once a week. Staff no matter what time it is are always happy and cheerful! I mean I grab coffee at 6am so yeah they are very welcoming and super nice. Coffee always tastes amazing and just so fresh! Thank you for the great coffee and service!“
“Considering this is my second office, I've had so many opportunities to review this location. It's one of the best locations in London in my opinion and all the staff are straight down to earth. The seating is WAY more optimal since the Reno and TONS of plugs now which is key for the amount of people that use the place like the workspace that I do. Also the new reserve machine thing makes coffee that is unparalleled and tastes like sweet addiction. Would be hype if they still had a comfy chair or a leather couch but there's no space. One can dream. Seriously though, this 'bucks is where it's at.“

“I always go to this location after my therapy sessions, and I've never had any problems with my orders (occasionally though they hear grande when i say venti, but i just pretend that is the universe telling me I dont actually need that much caffeine) - they are always more than willing to correct any errors - even if it is the cx mistake- and staff is super friendly and helpful. Gotten many good coffee tips/recommendations as well and haven't been misguided yet“
“They work REALLY hard! AMAZING LATTES & this Starbucks was the first one to offer my dog a Puppucino when they heard him bark in the drive thru speaker lol (Whip cream in a cup obviously don't give my dog this everyday- but it is a nice free treat)I can come up with more positive than constructive feedback for Starbucks that's for sure! The staff there are really sweet at this location.(I do wish that the milk was the same price no matter which kind you order.)For people who say the drive thru is a long wait, I believe they are understaffed because of the pandemic- but they work so hard to make up for it... so I just don't go there if I don't have the time to wait incase it is busy.“
