“This is a wonderful location but the staff are always swamped. One person to do a minimum two person job is crazy. It's impossible to get everything done if you don't have accused two people on every shift. You're not losing money. You're making more money having by not losing any customers that have to walk in our for a 20 minute wait.“

“Went to this location around 11 am to satisfy my craving. The sandwiches I ordered were delicious, the bread was perfectly baked, loaded with freshly cut toppings (fresh and crisp). Also, the sandwich artist was polite and made helpful suggestion. Would surely come back again.“

“I ordered pickup for two subs, one of which was a combo. The making of my order was quick and well done. When I had an issue with my combo order, the worker at the counter helped me right away.

The subs were tasty and fully packed, and the cookies I got for my combo were great. This has been my favourite Subway location for years, and I hope they continue to provide excellent service.

“Its been a long time since I got a sandwich with fresh bread!! For the most part, I've received stale bread even though I've made a point to ask for fresh bread. Because most people like their sandwich toasted, they can get away with using stale bread!! I for one do not like my sandwiches toasted and that's why fresh bread is important to me. I mean who wants to eat a crumbly sandwich because that's what you'll get when the bread is stale! So a big thank you to this subway location for making me a great sandwich with fresh bread!! Now this location is fresh obsessed!!“

“The food is always delicious and fresh here. Even if there's a line, it goes by quickly. Typically it's the same girl working and she's very nice and has good service. I will order my food to go but there is a small eating area. The downside is that the bathroom has had an out of order sign since covid time. I don't actually think the bathroom is out of order, perhaps the owner just doesn't want people to use it. Either way if it is out of order, it's been that way for at least 3 years now.“

“Look I love my university, but let me tell you I do not think the workers feel the same way. I cant help but laugh at this time that after class i went to go get a sub and the person behind the counter gave me the biggest death stare I have ever seen. Ill give you a break down of the interaction (this is serious by the way) Me: Hi there Worker: what do you want Me: Six inch sub please Worker *just stares at me as she cuts the bread and proceeds to say nothing* Me: Turkey please with swiss if i can? Worker: *Slams the turkey on the bread, one slice of cheese in the middle, drops it onto the cooking pan and puts it in the oven* Me: Oh sorry, can i have it not toasted? Worker: *Walks away to go on phone* The oven beeps, so the worker comes back and takes it out nicely and puts it on the counter Worker: *Stares at me* Me: oh i will have lettuce, tomato... Worker: *Grabs the lettuce and every other toping while not breaking eye contact, grips it so hard and slams it down onto the bread* I mean i dont mind because i look back at it and just laugh. They got my order right and everything but holy cow not even a smile it felt like i killed her cat that morning or something. So funny actually now that i think about it. Nothing else wrong, just slow. overall i like it 4/5 keep up the good work.“

“I go to this location regularly and the staff is amazing! Drew is usually the one that helps and he is really good at his job. He remembers my order clearly and ensures everything is done the way I like. Their bread and produce is always fresh which is a huge plus. “I never have a problem with ordering a beef sub at any Subway. I always ask the sandwich maker to hold the dressing or it will be too soggy to enjoy at home. They always listen and make it the way I like it with lettuce, tomato and olives added. I've heard some people complain but I stick to the same beef sub each and every time and never have an issue.“

​To Lexy: You Are a Star
​I visited tonight during the 5:30 PM rush hour and was absolutely blown away by Lexy. She was working completely alone with a massive, non-stop line, and handled it all with incredible grace and efficiency. Despite the pressure, Lexy was extremely friendly, nice, and gave great service to every single person. To manage a peak dinner rush entirely by herself while maintaining such a positive demeanor is truly remarkable. Lexy, you are a tremendous asset and deserve far better support. Please give her the best raise ever; she earned it ten times over.
​To Subway Management: Shame on You
​It is a shame that you allowed a single employee to work alone from the 5:30 PM rush hour until 10:00 PM closing. This is unacceptable, unsafe, and places an enormous and unfair burden on your staff. While Lexy handled the situation with unbelievable professionalism, this is poor management and a failure of proper staffing. Shame on Subway for putting one person through this kind of stress and responsibility. Your staffing schedule needs to be immediately reviewed and fixed. Sorry if name was not spelt correctly.

“I remember a girl behind the counter started screaming as a hole appeared under her and sucked her into what appeared to be an endless void. The hole closed just as quickly as it opened, leaving hundreds of food court patrons utterly baffled and confused. After turning back to the man behind the counter, he told me "don't worry that just happens sometimes".My fav is the pizza sub!!! 5/5.“

“Had an amazing experience at this location. Me and my friends frequently visit subway and as such have visited multiple locations around london. This was no doubt one of our best experiences. Manpreet the lady working then, was really calm and patient. There were around 4 people in the line and yet when our turn came she calmly listened to our request and made the veg and non veg subs separately. She was patient and polite throughout as she made our sub and not once did we feel disrespected or dismissed. She calmly went through the whole queue and patiently billed everyone out. I was honestly quite impressed cause in similar situations and sometimes even in empty stores they treat customers like we are wasting there time but here I felt valued. And over all the sub was made perfectly. Exactly enough vegetables and sauces that I didn't think it was empty but also enough that it wasn't spilling all over me. Overall I really think she did an amazing job! Definitely will be returning to this branch!“
