“came here for a quick dinner, i got 2 JBCs and 6 piece nuggets. was a bit disappointed when i opened both my JBCs and there was no lettuce or tomato when it was suppose to have those two…. just got plain cheeseburgers with bacon. it was still good for its cheap price but it was a bit sad. chicken nuggets are good as always, good customer service by the lady at the front“
“Great experience at Wendy’s. The workers were very kind and the food was good, especially the Dave’s burger. One thing I really appreciated was that they offered to keep my ice cream behind the counter so it wouldn’t melt while I was eating my meal. Small gesture, but it made the visit even better. Definitely good service and good food.“

“Was just over charged for my order. Ordered a son of baconator combo with medium fries and a coke, along with a spicy chicken burger with medium fries and drink. I didn't notice our drinks were in small cups until I got home. Checked the bag and I have also been given SMALL fries instead of mediums. Paid the exact same price I usually pay (and even donated to their charity). Quickly gave them a call and they were able to find the order in question and were able to rectify the situation accordingly. Got it all cleared up quickly. Seriously, if you have problems with your order, just call them. Chances are they can fix any mistakes that were made.“
“Had an incident where my burger was made wrong (mistakes happen. I get it), i called about it as i had got all the way home on the bus before i noticed, and they offered to replace it next time i came in.
I came back tonight for my replacement burger, only for the manager to kindly comp the rest of the meal i ordered in addition. As i was leaving to catch my bus, i received a call telling me it was likely made wrong again. He invited me back to swap it out for the correct burger and offered me a free frosty on top of that.
The manager on shift this night went above and beyond to assist me and that kindness will not be lost on me. The least I can do is leave the store a good review. If he ends up reading this, I hope he knows he's made my day after a long shift at work. Thank you so much!“
“The place was clean the staff very friendly I would definitely go back there for sure. They have a breakfast special that is just awesome and very filling, for a bit more filling menu, they have a great deal on Jr.bacon cheese burgers and the frosteys are cheap and hit the spit with warmer weather in it's way...

“Stopped today to get some lunch for my daughter. I had ordered a baked potato and was told it would be about a 5 min wait. I was then asked if I wanted something else. After telling the lovely person at the window that my daughter had just had surgery and she really wanted a baked potato. She said no problem it was only going to be about 5 minutes and to park out front and they would bring everything out to me. It might have been a little bit more than 5 minutes but that same lovely lady had double bagged our lunch and added a little surprise for the patient and for me the caregiver. That extra little bit of kindness made my very long and tiring day a little brighter. Thank you“
