“I was in the restaurant Sat morning. Ordered several drinks and some bagels. When the young girl gave me my teas I realized I had forgotten my grandsons white hot chocolate. She was amazing. Instead of making me go the the end of a long line, she took it upon herself to prepare the hot chocolate for me. I tried to pay for it but she said it wasn’t necessary as I had a large order. I was blown away. Amazing pro activity by this young lady. I’m in most weekend mornings. I’ll definitely be back“

“UPDATE: NEW MANAGER December 2025.
That change in management was a totally new so positive thing! I now LOVE TO GO THERE! It’s just perfect now! Also Barb continues to bring joy :)
….so don’t like putting out bad reviews but it’s been happening a lot lately. Getting at the drive through to order and being welcomed with a “yeah?” “Yup?” “What do you want?”. Don’t put a staff that can’t understand English to take orders at the drive through. Many order errors, making customers repeat constantly. Many staff are wonderful there and the food is good… I think it’s the human errors that make it a bad experience.“
